I would definitely recommend Steam pro to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning. They got here around the time they said the would be here only took them about an hr we r just amazed how clean they got our white carpet wished I would have taken a before picture but I did get a after these steps haven been cleaned in over 20 pls yrs so I know they done the impossible for us.

I was researching the different ways to get our carpets cleaned when I came across Steam Pro. I wanted to have the carpet steamed clean instead of shampooing it because steaming gets the lint and other things trapped in the carpet fiber. Today Terry and Edward from Steam Pro came over and steam cleaned the carpet in our home. They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the kind of carpet in our house. It's amazing to see the difference in the carpet. Especially since it's over 10 years old. We had stains that they treated then cleaned up. At the end they recommended stain guard that I said yes to. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone. The carpet is even softer to walk on. Thank you so much Steam Pro. Especially Edward and Terry. Steam Pro was also a great deal less the the last time we had our carpets cleaned by a well known carpet cleaning company.

Edward was very knowledgeable about carpet. My children have very bad allergies. Before he started working, he looked around and made recommendations that were suitable to me and my family’s needs. Afterwards, my carpet looked brand new. It looks better than it did when I bought my house and my whole house smells great. They drove from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa for a very small service fee. The quality of their work supersedes the fees that they charge. I am highly satisfied. They exceeded my expectations. Whatever your steam cleaning needs are (carpet, upholstery, flooring) I highly recommend this company

I used this service 2 days ago and had the pleasure of meeting a tech named Terri. He was great. Upholstery cleaning can be expensive, at least for me, and Terri made me feel like I got my moneys worth! It was a big sofa, but he spent at least 2.5 hours working on it. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

First, thanks to Brandy for setting us up with this very last minute appointment. Mike and Adrian were the service providers. Their walk thru was explained thoroughly as to what would be done in each room and area. They were done in a timely manner and I must say it was worth the affordable price. Steampro did an amazing job! I'm not sure where to start. Firstly, my phone experience was great. I was initially calling for a quote to schedule for the following week, but there was a cancellation for the day and they were able to come out the same day! The guys that came to my home were professional and very knowledgeable about treating carpets and upholstery and the carpet.... CLEAN! If you are looking for the job to be done right, give Steampro a call. Search no further!

Steampro did an amazing job. I called on Thursday and the came on Saturday. They arrived on time and were very professional. I had concerns about a few spots and they removed them easily. I recommend them to whoever need carpet cleaning and their prices are reasonable.

Edward came and cleaned our carpets today and I must say he was awesome! We wanted our carpets done to get ready to move out and he was able to come the same day I called to get an appointment. He arrived on time and was very diligent but got it done in a reasonable time! Our carpets look 100% better. My husband and I will definitely recommend steam pro and will use again in the future! My experience with Steampro Carpet Cleaning was NOTHING short of amazing from beginning to end!! I spoke with Brandy on a Thursday and explained how I was a very busy mom with only a short time window while my toddler was gone for the weekend. My appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday afternoon between the hours of 12pm-4pm. They arrived at 12:08pm and completed by 12:58pm. Not only did they exceed my expectations in making ALL the carpet in my 1 bedroom apartment spotless, BUT I HAVE THE REST OF MY DAY TO ENJOY!!! I most definitely refer!!!
