They provided me with my Invisalign service and an additional correction after when I lost my retainer for an extended period. They provide service, with a very polite and engaging staff, and Dr. Carter makes plenty of time to explain and answer questions at appointmenta. Also, hmthey have short wait times, and a reasonably prompt response when you need something in a pinch. I highly recommend them.

Dr Carter is great! Very down to earth and takes the time to answer any questions we have. He was able to fix my daughter’s problem with a retainer instead of braces! Saved us a ton of money. I like how the upfront cost included all the follow up visits too. Very friendly and professional staff.

Dr. Carter and his staff go above and beyond for their patients! They are always welcoming with friendly smiles. Any questions you may have, they are very professional at answering them and if they do not know, they will find an answer. They are excellent at taking your concerns in consideration. Dr. Carter will give you his personal opinion and only wants what is best! I currently have braces and am terrible about breaking a wire/bracket and they are always pretty good at getting me in either that day or the next day! I highly recommend Dr. Carter and his staff for any orthodontic work.

We have had a great experience with Carter Orthodontics. My older ten age son had a smooth and quick transformation using Invisalign. The staff at Carter checks up on his progress routinely and sets his appointments for accessible times for him. This makes it easy for a busy family with older teens to allow them some responsibility while keeping the family informed as well. Carter has been a great fit for our family.

Dr. Carter & his whole team are professional & personable through & through! From payment to scheduling to routine visits to getting the braces off, they are so easy to work with & care about every detail. The upfront cost is truly all-inclusive & they worked (& re-worked) with my son’s crazy athletics schedules. He & his staff (special shout-out to Semone❤) answered all of our questions & then some. My son’s teeth look amazing!

Dr. Carter and his staff are amazing!! I had Invisalign through Dr. Carter and it went very smoothly. Even when issues arose, Dr. Carter and his staff were very kind and make sure to fix it as soon as possible. My teeth look beautiful and I got my braces off about 6 months ahead of schedule. They always remembered little details about stuff I had told them, things that related both to my treatment and just to my personal life. I’m in another state for college and they were very helpful in accommodating my crazy schedule. I definitely recommend Dr. Carter and his staff for anything orthodontic related!
