Only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because the head Manager stepped in after another Manager and drive thru girl was absolutely rude for no reason but the head Manager corrected it without any excuse

Best chicken sandwich out of all the fast food joints in my opinion. Fries are great too.

Normally when I go there you can't either use your debit card or cash never know what's it is gonna be. My food order is never right but this time was different. I visited around 12-1:30 pm and the food temperature was great. I got the right order and the manager was very pleasant. I always ask for a 2 piece breast and a wing and I always get a leg and a thigh. I heard the mgr repeat my order and I finally got my breast and wing and the food was good. I was too happy 😊😁😁😁😁

Way better than past Popeyes experiences, typical line, but not typical overly nice and helpful staff! The staff actually seemed to not hate there job? And enjoyed each other and it showed as friendly vibes towards customers?

I travel from Swansea to this location when I have 2 popeye's that are closer to me. The reason for this is that their chicken is always fresh and hot. Their biscuits are always hot and their tea is very clean and of great taste as opposed to many that serve grungy, cloudy, dirty tea. It's obvious those establishments are not cleaning out the containers. Whoever the manager is of this establishment needs to go and train everyone else in the area. Bravo to this site!

I just had the best experience at this Popeye’s, because of the great service that I received from Essie B. As I walked in she warmly greeted me. She stopped what he was doing to assist me. She immediately took ownership of my request. I was impressed with her attention to detail. SHe was very personable and professional, it was quite apparent to me that she was genuinely interested in my Popeyesexperience. Thank you Essie. Ron Frauenfelder.

So ya know when there is line around the building before it even opens.... its amazing chicken. It's always juicy, crispy and hot. Side are always fresh and the workers... very nice and also funny. I love this place

Hot, Delicious order handed to me through my window COMPLETE, and missing nothing, without a long wait.
Family is happy and satisfied.
They gave us cold, bubbly softdrinks for the wait, Free of charge.
I Like how this place treats people, its how it should be.

friendly service, food was fresh and delicious. glad it was because the wait to order and the wait to get the food took a long time. prices arent too bad, especially for what you get.

Edit: stopped in on Feb 13th, I'm not going to take a star, because the food was really good and fresh, and the staff was friendly and helpful BUT the kitchen workers were loud enough with their arguments and cursing for the dining room to hear. I don't personally care, it doesn't bug me... but eventually someone will complain, and some people will stop coming if they have to listen to workers complain and argue.

I only care because we already lost steak n shake to bogus workers driving it into the ground, and the West end taco bell sucks now too because of the staff... don't let Popeyes become a trash hole.... because the food is really good and the staff is really friendly to the customers, in my experience. small problem id straighten out if i were GM or owner.

It was late one night, got food here, and it too a little while to get my food. The family dinner box. I didn't mind waiting, I had nothing planned for the night and they were so kind even if it was late at night.

Had a great experience. Wait time was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly. Food was fresh and quality. The new strawberry biscuits are definitely good. Overall, a really good experience!

Food was good, the workers were polite, they remembered all of our sauce, and we only spent maybe 5 minutes in the drive through. Great experience!

Finally able to try the chicken sandwich. Crispy on the outside. The inside was so flavorful and juicy. Bun is soft and fresh... not one of those hard pretzel things, or one with a lot of seeds. Comes with mayo and pickle. I asked for lots of pickles on mine. Absolutely delicious. Also got the 4pc with mash and gravy. For tomorrow. It comes with a biscuit. Unfortunately, the poor biscuit was all broken, which never happened before. So can't use it for egg sandwich for breakfast. But that won't detour me from stopping again. Popeyes chicken is the BEST!

Our food has been very good every time! Definitely not fast, but if you're not in a hurry, I absolutely recommend this location! The staff is good

Love my chicken from Popeyes. There's always a wait inside or out, but it's worth it. Their red beans and rice and cajun potatoes are delicious. Chicken is tasty and juicy, not greasy. Between all the fried chicken places, I personally think Popeyes sides are the best.

The food was delicious and the service was great have no complaints other than they forgot to give us our mashed potatoes but we had no difficulty when asked for them.

I love eating at Popeyes, when I can. It's just over crowded and the drive through is very busy. I'm glad they are opening others Popeyes restaurants in other locations besides Fairview heights.

The flounder was absolutely WONDERFUL. Haven't had a sandwich that good in a long time. My grandson had the spicy chicken. DELICIOUS!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This place is always crowded. But....so worth it. The food was the best chicken I've had in years!! Biscuits are like heaven!!! Definitely going to be going back to this restaurant as much as possible!!

Bet Popeye's I've had. Being the only one around, it gets busy. Took a long time to get through the drive through, but the chicken was perfect: juicy, crispy, very flavorful.
