White Castle

This place is always packed although it takes a lot of time to get your food if you're on the inside because they do work the drive-thru first, they're very friendly and the food was good.

We have been customers for over 70 yrs. Always hot and ready!

Went to Arby's and got no service, so hubby and I went over to White Castle. The employees were wonderful. White Castle's employees need to train the Arby's employees in customer service.

Drive thru was fast,Food was hot, Friendly staff.

This Whits Castle is dependable and staffed well when other chains are still not. Employees are not only professional but courteous, and genuinely pleasant. My orders are usually large and they’re always correct, fresh, with all the condiments I’ve requested. I’ll always be back

Clean, courteous and good fast food. Full menu available even early mornings. The Fairview Heights IL WHITE CASTLE NEEDS TO STUDY THIS LOCATION TO LEARN HOW A LEGENDARY FAST FOOD WHITE CASTLE SHOULD BE RUN.

The short staff that was working on our visit were doing good to keep up. KUDOS to them under their circumstances!! The problem we found was there were no napkins in the dining room area, NO DIET SODA'S, NADA, ZILCH, not to mention the water puddled in several areas on the floor. Hopefully this was an isolated case.

12:52 am, they close at 1 am. The guy at the drive-thru still took our order, and the food was nice and hot!

Been here a few times now. Good service, even when they are busy. All the employees seem to care about getting their customers taken care of, and that goes a long way. Definitely going back, especially since they've got the 99cent BBQ original sliders and fried pickles.

Decided to drop in while on a business trip. Not quite as I remember it when I lived in an area of the country that had plenty of White Castle restaurants, well over a decade ago. Still good though, and great for a late night meal. The staff at the drive through was friendly and quick.

I stopped by here on my way back to Oklahoma so I could bring white castles back for my son. Drive thru was very fast, order was accurate and they told me to have a safe trip home. Very friendly staff

Good food fast! The impossible sliders, panko fish sliders, veggie sliders, and breakfast sliders are always fresh, hot, and totally tasty. The staff is very friendly and great service. This is my fave White Castle to visit when I crave WC!!!

There is nothing like a hot double cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, extra onions, hot crispy, salty fries and a cold soda to wash it down with! 😋

We had never ate breakfast there, decided to try it, and the young man taking the orders in drive thru was absolutely so pleasant and very helpful being our 1st time, I should have asked his name to have some kind of recognition for him.

Love their sloppy Joe's. Sometimes service is wonderful other times it's terrible. The onion rings and sloppy Joe's are worth it!!!!

Shakes are great, although the employee said "3 men are walking on a beach. They come across a strange looking vase in the sand and one of them tries to pick it up. However it is very brittle and crushes to dust as soon as it is touched, and a genie pops out.

"I don't normally grant wishes to more than one person, but I'll make an exception," the genie says. "Each of you will be allowed 3 wishes."

He asks the first man for his first wish, and without hesitation, the man responds that he wants to be the richest man in the world. The second man immediately wishes for a 1967 Corvette Stingray. Finally the genie asks the third man for his first wish, and the third man thinks for a moment.

"I wish for my left arm to rotate clockwise," the third man says. Thinking this is a very strange request, the genie grants the man his wish and his left arm begins spinning clockwise.

For his second wish, the first man wants to be married to the most beautiful woman in the world, and a gorgeous Brazilian model appears at his side. The second man wishes for his very own Lady Moura yacht. The third man, with his left arm spinning uncontrollably, finally settles on his second wish.

"I wish for my right arm to rotate counterclockwise," he says. Now in 400 billion years the genie has never encountered such a strange set of wishes, but nonetheless he is bound to honor them and so the man's right arm now begins to spin counterclockwise.

Now on to his third wish, the first man asks for a beautiful house on his own private island in the Caribbean and disappears. The second man asks for a mansion, and he too disappears. The genie waits patiently as the third man thinks studiously for several long moments, both arms flailing in opposite directions.

"I wish for my head to nod up and down uncontrollably," he says finally. The genie is at a complete loss for what this man has up his sleeve, but nonetheless decides to grant it so he can return to a nice quiet vase to rest, and the man's head now begins to nod up and down uncontrollably.

The three men live their lives without any contact for many years, before one day deciding to meet in a bar to catch up.

"Fellas, I can't believe my fortune!" exclaims the first man. "I can buy anything I want and I get to sleep with the most beautiful woman in the world!"

"Nevermind that, I'm just happy that I've gotten to drive my '67 Stingray and sail my yacht around the seven seas," says the second man. "And no wife to nag me in my giant mansion!"

They both look at the third man, head nodding and arms flailing.

"Guys," he says. "I think I messed up."" then he served me.
