When you hear about the multiple trucking companies in the Chicagoland area, they automatically come with a stench of scam and caution plastered on the front of them. Can’t lie and say I didn’t have my reservations from all of the social media output, but you really don’t know the value of a thing until you hold it. So I gave JDM a shot. From my initial conversation with my recruiter Aron, to the quick orientation with Peter, I can honestly say that you can take JDM’s word at face value. What you see is what you get. They put it all on the table, and will answer any question, easy or hard, that you may have.

The equipment is top notch, and you don’t have to worry about needing to find a trailer because the trailer you start with, is the trailer you keep. And the trucks are new to 2 years old. You will run east of I-35 and you rarely have to worry about sitting after a load, because your dispatcher is consistently at work booking the best freight for you to keep moving. To which I can say, it has been a real pleasure working alongside my dispatcher Nate. Very down to earth, and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met when I communicate them. He’s made my experience here at JDM an awesome one. And I’m truly grateful that I chose them as a company.

AJ is the hardest maintenance guy on the yard , helping or spotting drivers to maneuver trucks around in the yard is a top tier, a time saver If he can fix it on his own and let you by pass long waiting hours at the mechanic shop, he will handle it with care & take good care of the problem, Ability to diagnose defective equipment through visual and auditory inspection is a good work ethic, hats off to him

From the beginning the recruiter stayed in touch with me to make sure I had what I needed. The dispatcher does not micro manage me and only calls when needed. The company seems to care about the driver. I look forward to staying around for a while

This by far the most unorganized company to work for. They don’t know how to communicate. It’s a lie after every lie. They will not give you home time like they say. I put in a 30 day notice and even brought back they’re equipment in untouched.They took me to the airport and drop me off. Promise to buy me a ticket home never got one. Spent two day in the airport with nowhere to go. I was a company driver. So how is it that you take an estro from a company driver.

JDM Expedite is the BEST!!! I’ve been working with them for
a few years now… never once have I had a problem. Tons of trucks to move your
freight FAST. Always careful with your products; attentive to details throughout
the load from start to finish. Fantastic dispatch team (Michael J’s my
favorite); 5/5 stars would ALWAYS recommend.
