Made an appointment for a booster at this location after a horrible experience at another location. It's expected that pretty much any Walgreens pharmacy will be busy and have a wait time...but it's all in the way the employees handle it. Everyone at the Lyons location is pleasant and they handle the high volume of customers in a very efficient manor. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. At the other location I was told I'd have to wait 30-45 minutes for the shot after standing in line for 30 minutes already and was told I was "lucky" the employee was even there at all.

I now know that Lyons is the place to go going forward!

Jamie in the Pharmacy was so kind and professional. There was an issue with my prescription. She got my questions answered and prescription ready. Way to go Jamie! The wait time on the phone was a bit long. That’s why they need to hire more Jamie’s. Thank you Walgreens

Awesome customer!!! service was busy and the staff was fast and accurate!!
Krystal in pharmacy was awesome as I waited I was able to witness how she was kind, nice, friendly and very caring towards the customers. I waited for the flu shot and I was able to see how she patiently interacted with them.
This will be my go to store from now on.
Please people DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS IN BROADVIEW IL.

Great experience with the manager. I believe his name is Chris. Helped us when we had some questions about some handicap walker parts.

Fill your prescriptions and if it is one that you take regularly they can refill it automatically and inform you when it is ready for pickup. Convenient and friendly service and location.
