Taj jewellers has a good collection of Asian and Indian jewelry. We regularly purchase jewels from them. They are usually transparent with pricing and give you flexibility to exchange jewelry designs if there are fitting issues. Saima and Mina show multiple designs patiently and provide good recommendations. They seem to prioritize customer satisfaction over making profits and hence assure good buyer experience. We bought some bangles for my mother where the size was not a good fit. After a few days, when we requested a replacement, instead of selling some existing designs, they gave us time to wait for new designs expected on Feb 14. They specifically ordered some custom sized bangles for my mother which is not a standard size and made her happy with her final choice of jewels. Highly recommend Taj jewelers if one is looking for Indian or asian style gold jewelry.

The best customer service in Kent ! I don’t go anywhere else except for this place. My family and I get treated with so much respect, what else could you ask for! They are so welcoming and make sure they show you what you’re looking for. One thing I love is that they are not pushy and they let you take your time. Absolutely loved my experiences here! On my first visit here, I purchased one gold chain of 22k gold. Ms. Saima was very patient and showed me all the chain in my budget. She did not rush me or force me into making any hasty decisions! That’s a big plus point for me as i hate to be rushed during expensive decisions. Ms. Saima was sweet and polite and patient. The chain i got are real 22k gold and stunning! Taj jewelers have a very large selection. i was very drawn to all the beautiful chains......i will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Let me just start by saying the customer service here is amazing! My fiancé worked with Meena to create my beautiful engagement ring. The quality is amazing! I love these guys and I’m so glad my mom introduced them to me. My family has been going to them for YEARS now after they got ripped off by some other jewelers close by. The staff are great, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They are great at what they do and straight forward. I bought couple pair of earrings for my daughter they even put it on her and they did great fixing my daughter necklace and they were quick. We’ll be coming here again and recommending them to my friends and family!
