These folks simply do not care. Zero tact or decorum when it comes to public service. I realize being understaffed with the typical workload narratives are a part of every employment experience now days. After eight months of being very patient I would expect them to at least pretend to care. At the very minimum display the proper communication and timeliness. These expectations are clearly not part of the job requirements here.

My caseworker is incompetent. I have been waiting weeks to get approved. I had to give up my job due to not having any child care and could not get her in any daycares. So I applied until I could get started on my other job in September. I have emailed all of my information two or three times and she is saying she is not getting it but I've got screenshots where I have sent it all in. I finally just took all of my papers up there yesterday but I have been waiting for weeks to get approved. When I called her last week, she told me that she hasn't had a chance to process anything yet and this has been like about 3 weeks ago. You're not looking at someone who uses food stamps as a career choice. I just needed them during a rough patch.
