The wreath that I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. Talented floral designer! I was so pleased to see how it came out in a photo that our cousin sent to me from the funeral home. The wreath was even more beautiful than the shop ad photo.

I ordered the Birdhouse of Blooms (premium) for my mom, and she absolutely loved it. It was fuller and prettier than the picture online, and it was perfect for my mom’s cottage style. I was amazed by their timeliness too: it was delivered a couple of hours after I placed the order online! Also, I gave instructions in my online order for the florist to call my mom when they were on their way, and they did. (That might seem small, but so many times these request details get overlooked.) We will definitely be ordering from Something Ele’gant again.

This morning I got some not so great news.... the fist person I called was my Aunt not thinking that today was her birthday... I live all the way in Texas and I wanted to send some flower and balloons I called a shop by UNA and they were not able to help at all... so I called this florist and the sweetest voice came on the line “This is Diana how my I help you” I explain my situation and flowers were delivered in Less than an hour. So Beautiful and so sweet and seemed as if they were just as happy delivering as my Aunt was excepting.... They made a lot of Days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Diana...

I ordered by phone and the lady was extremely nice. She was very thorough but the process was quick and easy. The recipient of the flowers was thrilled. The flowers were delivered the next day at the time I was told. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Placed an order today for a funeral and I was very impressed. Staff was professional and took the time to offer suggestions and descriptions of plants. And the call did not take too long. Great service and a relief since I was calling from out of town and not able to stop in. Thank you!
