The entire staff at the Florence store were so helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Anxious to get the new bedroom suite! Rachel was so patient and willing to help in any way possible. I would definitely recommend her and the rest of the staff to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Ashley greeted me with a smile as she introduced herself and shook my hand. She listened to my requests and found several pieces for us to choice from and we found the perfect bed for my Granddaughter! There was no hidden costs or charges. Ashley was honest, caring, and devoted to satisfying her customers wants and needs...we will recommend Ashley to our friends. My Granddaughter is looking forward to the arrival of her new bed this week! Thanks Ashley at Ashley furniture!!

Ashley's furniture is great. Good quality furniture and absolutely beautiful. My sales person (Jamario) was very professional and kind. He listened to what I was interested in and found the perfect furniture for me and my family. The price was reasonable and the process was very easy. I definitely will be getting more later on down the road.

I’ve been here a few times and always work with Annie. She is amazing and very sweet. She’s upfront with any charges or issues that may arise.
Furniture is good, never had an issue with anything. The white glove deliver service is nice also. They will come in and set everything up for you.
Again, try and work with Annie. She alone makes it a nice experience.

Walking into Ashley's home furniture is a lot different then walking into rooms to go, I felt like I wasn't rushed or pushed to buy anything. I was paired to Rachel for sales. She was kind, forth coming, and hospitable, she gave me the information I needed, the pricing and availability. She wasn't pushy, and had a sense of humor and comfortability that you won't find in most places of sales. Watching how she worked and communicated with her manager lakita you could tell right away she was a team player and not aggressive at all or hostile for the sale. I asked for recommendations on what I should go with and she was not at all hesitant helping me make the right choice and design of what I wanted. I highly recommend you go there and ask for Rachel!

I really love the couch soon as you walk in Ashley furniture store. I hope my husband agrees with me when we decide to get a new couch from here. Mrs Annie and Mrs Jennifer were totally awesome and friendly, instantly felt like I was with my family helping me find a sectional, this store makes me feel like I am with family when you shop at Ashley for furniture for my home. They are the only associates (out of the 4 furniture places I went to today) that walked up to me with a smile and they were knowledgeable about the items on the floor, they could work with my budget, the color scheme I need to keep it to, and make sure I get the right couch because my dog is going to scratch and gut (or murder) the couch that I get. Can't wait to come back and get my future sectional (couch)!!!!!!

We had a nice experience. Daniel helped us with what we were looking for. He showed us several options. Asked several times if we had any questions. He wasn’t just hovering over us making us nervous or feel pressured(which the store we went to before Ashley did) but checked on us several times to see if we needed help or ask any questions. He was courteous, friendly and very respectful. Also, Terry who was at the desk doing some of the paperwork with our purchase was very nice, friendly and courteous. It was a nice pleasant experience. I would recommend and shop here again. The store was very nice and clean also.

My husband & I have been looking for new living room furniture for months now. We went to 4-5 stores yesterday & just couldn’t find a fit for us. I got on Ashley’s website & was looking for a sectional that had both a chase (my requirement) & recliners built in (my husband’s requirement) along with plenty of seating. We found just that on the website. We were greeted by everyone there & we spoke to Jennifer who did an AMAZING job. She showed us options that would suit us & when I asked about the one that I found online which wasn’t on display in store she took us over to furniture that had a similar frame, fabric, & cushioning. We talked about our options & she was very thorough with the whole thing. She sold that couch & we gladly bought it! After everything was said & done I decided to go back & add an additional console (Jennifer was on lunch) & the team gladly stepped in & helped me with that add-on. I have already told my family about the positive experience & plan to tell more friends/family. We will be going back in the future. Go see Jennifer & the rest of the team at Ashley in Florence,AL!!

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a warm hello and smile from Serea H. She proceeded to take the time to show us around based on questions asked based on what we were looking for.
