Had a few experiences where I was missing food from th drive-thru on occasion but the managers were very responsive and willing to make things right. Kudos to the management team, especially Lynn.

Order was correct, line moved fast and lady at window was friendly.

Do you want to have a taco? Do you? Do you? Then this is the taco Bell for you. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dining area is clean and there is a lot of power outlet in the area. Outdoor eating area which is clean. And the food is very great for a fast food place. Do not go to the McDonald's across the street from this taco Bell ever. If this place had a playground then there would be no way we'd go to McDonald's. Also delivery was excellent

It was a great night the employees were all nice curtious and work as a team nice to see that because most places now the young people working are not really people friendly. I've seen that in other restaurants the young people look like they don't want to be there, so yes it was nice to see it at Taco Bell in pontoon Beach

I have a taco bell across the street from my house in downtown Granite City; I drive to this taco Bell when I want my food correct and good. They are open when they are supposed to be. They can read and count. Best taco bell for miles! Yay y'all!

Best. Taco. Bell. Ever. Wednesday lunch hour, long line but moved fast. Customer facing employees had a great, fun attitude. Generous portions. Best Nachos Bel Grande I've ever had, no joke, layered with toppings all the way through. This location kicks arse.

Can I tell you that this was the best food I have ever eaten from Taco Bell. The grilled stuff burrito was made with so much love it tasted like a sit down restaurant. The Nacho Belle Grande actually had toppings! The staff was friendly, too. Great job Taco Bell!

Great location, staff is amazing! I order pretty much the same burrito every day that my coworker gets for me and she has stated that they already have the order going the second they see her pull in! Talk about amazing service!!! I never have a problem with my food here it is always hot and made right and that is very important when you have a limited amount of time for lunch. Try the shredded chicken burrito with extra chicken and have them make it a griller it is very yummy! Thank you to the staff and the manager for having such a great location you guys are awesome!!!

The staff here are phenomenally polite and make you feel like you just made the best choice of your life (even though the toilet will be telling you different later on). The food is well prepared. They obviously care about pleasing the people who come through.

I love this particular taco bell. The whole crew is always courteous food is always right fresh hot and we dont have to rush right out. The staff is awesome makes my visits with my kids there much more pleasant knowing we can sit and hang out after we eat.

Love this Taco Bell in Pontoon Beach! The staff are always friendly. Most of the ones that work the drive through are very polite as well as a few can be extremely funny with small talk. They follow covid protocols, so I always feel safe getting food here.
