Jude, the plumber, arrived ahead of schedule, which was fantastic! He made sure to call in advance to confirm if the early arrival was acceptable. His expertise was a true blessing! Our water supply is now restored after being off for a whole week! My spouse and I oversee a commercial property in Texas City; We experienced some issues with one of our plumbing units not functioning properly. Terrance from Speedy House Plumbing was on the scene quickly and identified the problem in no time. The unit was fortunately still under warranty, so the faulty part was replaced at no cost. Matt did a phenomenal job. I endorse Matt and other repairman at Earls. This company has their act together. Sending you a picture of your repairman before they arrive and a short bio on them. It’s just one example of how complete they are. Plumbing services are the price they quoted and nothing more unless they find something truly unusual that they could not have possibly known when they quoted it.

contacted them to troubleshoot a furnace complication which turned out to be a poorly installed exhaust vent. fix tech came promptly and tried to give the vent a proper slope despite having insufficient space to adjust it. So he said it "might" have trouble again when it gets cold--no way to know until then--but if it did they would come right away and try more drastic measures. I don't expect any issues--slope looks adequate to me--but appreciated knowing I should keep an eye on it. Tech also spent time answering my questions about the system, since when something isn't working I always want to understand why.
