I am beyond pleased with my vist today. Dr. Robert precise was very nice and put me at ease. The assistant was the sweetest. I had 28 teeth pulled and got a full set of dentures. There is a pretty long wait after lunch but the receptionist tells you on the phone it's an all day appointment.

I’ve had the same Dr for 4 yrs now… Mr. Robert Precise… and I would never see anyone else. He is accurate, knows his clients, and is short sweet and to the point! I appreciate Dixieland Dental more than anyone could ever know. All the assistance and the office work well together it helps for a good team!!!! I love y’all and thank you for my beautiful smile that I haven’t had in a long time. My Moms too😊

My husband has not yet been seen, but I had to give a good review for a receptionist Ms. Jasmine Watson. I called the first time & was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be hung up on. I called again & Ms. Jasmine was very kind, extremely insightful with the prices & procedures. This woman showed compassion & care when most receptionists I’ve had experiences with are cold & rather short. This woman deserves a raise & I hope she gets recognized for the outstanding customer service she provides to her patients. Dixie Land Dental is extremely lucky to have such an outstanding employee. God bless you Ms. Watson! Hopefully I will get the chance to meet you & thank you personally for your prestigious customer service.

Needed a crown on a back upper tooth. Short wait and very nice and professional service. Dr John Strength was the dentist and both he and his assistant were very kind and gentle throughout the entire procedure. From the temporary to the permanent crown.

Always professional, kind, great dentists, dental assistants, and best price for good dentures. I have been a patient for over 20 years. Started with a flipper denture with a few teeth. Then got my top teeth pulled and upper plate. I used that plate for almost 20 years. In April. 2023 I had to have my bottom teeth pulled and a deluxe set made. They fit great and I'm very satisfied with every aspect of their work. Highly recommend! Thanks Dixieland Dental for always taking great care of me! 5 stars all around.

This place is awesome. We called an made an appointment for a flipper, came in and was fitted had to wait 8 hours before it was ready but it was worth it.The price was awesome the staff very professional and the docotor worked in a timely manner. He even added an extra tooth on the flipper at no additional cost.

For those that do not know this place is not really a call in to make an appointment. It's
a walk-in, show up at 8am and be seen that day. Too, if your getting teeth pulled and dentures made expect to be there all day, maybe two days. Your not the only person on the planet that needs a dentist. With that being said my husband got all bottom and top teeth pulled and dentures in two days for less than 1k.. Idk where else that can be done. Thank you Dixie land dental we are very pleases. Job well done..

I am proud to have gone here for decades.These dentists are the best in their field.The staff is above professional.There is not a lot of time for this team to stand around and talk because they are trying to help everyone like you.The next time you’re there thank them for being a part of you’re well being. Let me put to rest some things about these reviews. First off, most of the one stars are people complaining they don't answer the phone. Ok 🙄 You can walk in for an extraction and they'll try to fit you in. I walked in at 8am and they saw me about an hour later. The old broad at the front desk was curt, but still polite. The dental assistant and the dentist were absolutely phenomenal. I have terrible anxiety about dentists because of something that happened to me when I was young. They were so reassuring, talking me through the entire thing. The needle stung for Novocaine but it was over before I knew it he'd already hit three sites in about 2 seconds. They let that sink in and he went to pull the tooth and I clasped my hands nervously and tight. The assistant laid a gentle hand on my wrist and said relax it'll actually be easier and less painful. The way she said I believed her and went limp. I felt some pressure and several seconds later to my surprise I heard done. I couldn't believe it. So quick and painless. Not like my past experience at all. Their kindness, bedside manner, and professionalism is top notch. All together the extraction cost me 110 dollars. I was so impressed I booked a filling on my way out for a couple months down the road.

Had an appointment & everything including the professional respectful staff went very well. Sure the overall waiting time was near 7hrs but well worth it. I highly recommend anyone needing dentures goes to Dixieland Dental & I know they'll be as pleased as I.
For those who don't know why we sometimes have the bumps on the inside of our bottom jaw... they're calcium deposits & is the only place on our bodies where it's stored. To have them removed in order for your dentures to fit good you should see a oral surgeon who grinds off the calcium deposits.
For those who have pain on your gums from your dentures I suggest buying "benzodent" & sold in Walmart online & Amazon.

Had 2 teeth pulled recently 48$ each and xray like 64 $ walk in 7am same day I like too know if they do dental implants or full price list meant too grab one when I was there

I had a tooth problem begin on Friday evening and after a terrible weekend of tooth pain and anxiety of dental work I walked in to Dixieland Dental on Monday. The receptionist was kind, understanding, as well as organized and efficient. Dr. Jon Strength saw me and quickly got me a referral to an oral surgeon. My wait was not long. Dr. Strength saw me and actually let me explain my dental history. I am very pleased with his help and expertise and referral. I will be back and ask especially for Dr. Strength to do the needed crowns and bridges after my three extractions. Thank you Dixieland Dental for being so good to me. I am a Nervous Nelly when it comes to serious dental procedures, and you gave me hope and assurance that I will be able to get my dental health restored and get back on track with my dental health. Thank you so very much.

I had a terrible tooth ache for 2 months and tried to go every where. I finally called dixieland dental and she said "sweet heart you should have been came and saw us!" I went Friday and got my x-rays and some medication to hold me over and was back Monday and got that tooth out of my mouth! Great people and great service! Dr. Precise (I think that was my doctor) came in numbed it came back 20 minutes later and had my tooth pulled out my head in 14 seconds! Highly recommend using this dentist! First dentist I've been to in years that actually made me feel like they cared! It may not mean alot to other but it sure did to me!

I am so pleased to give them a good review. After years of fighting a losing battle with my teeth, I now have a new smile. Yes it takes all day so plan accordingly. I had around 20 teeth pulled and it only took the Dr around 10 minutes to have them gone. The quality of my teeth is more than I expected by far! Especially receiving them the same day. They give you free adjustments for a year as well. I am so thankful i made the decision to go with them. Other places had quoted me$4000 so I also saved a ton of money. I would highly recommend anyone to take the time to put in a few calls. They may be hard to get a hold of but you will. It's worth it

Dr. John and staff working with him and everyone there are amazing very professional and nice to me. I had tooth issue walked in no appointment got in X-ray and dentist took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to extract my tooth. He is truly a sweetheart never had office experience like this his staff so kind worked to make me a partial the same day. I had a new front tooth that day was so thankful for that. I had tried several offices for pricing quotes since due to covid didn’t have much money this time. The price is best around and they actually made temporary in house which I can use for while until I get back working full time. I just want to thank the staff there for helping me it meant the world to me they will be blessed for sure for all of their kindness to me. 🙏 God bless you all.
