I just called TNT based on an Amazon purchase. I ordered a hex screw from TNT, but when I received the package, it looked like it had been opened, and the tool was missing. When I called, the delightfully pleasant lady on the phone apologized and sent me another hex screw immediately. Awesome!

Good place to delivery just don’t try to park 53 trailer in dock address 7734 DONT fit they have other dock for big trailer in the front building crossing the street in and out for left side everything tie there park on street go 7734 back door is open 7 and go just check ask for the other dock for 53 trailer

Ordered Bavarian Cream extract for $5.50 on Amazon. TNT Deals was the 3rd party seller. After about a week, the package arrived at my house. I opened the package delivered, but instead of getting the extract, I got a single pocket sized notebook, i was very confused. Based on other reviews, getting sent the wrong product is common.
