First time stopping by, got a seasonal drink - Polar Express and love it ! Not too sweet and all the flavors blended well. Service was great and fast, with a sense of knowing regular customers.

You should give Kaylee a raise!! Not only does she always remember us and our names , she is so incredibly sweet!! Every time we are there she’s so pleasant, always in a great mood. I cannot say enough great things about her. Don’t ever let her go !!

Always great service with knowledgeable baristas!! Love the fact that the owner comes in to work at the stand, and, from what the baristas have shared with me, treats them REALLY well!! Comparable prices to Starbucks, but I'd rather support a small business than a big chain. PLUS they have great coffee here!!

See those faces?! They will make you the best cup of coffee ever! They use a local roast out of Maple Valley called Java Java and it's awesome. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Great tasting drinks and food 5 stars, service really depends on who is there some are super friendly some are not so much, however the atmosphere is awesome one side to walk up with a cute seat and one side to drive up and puppy friendly 😁

The coffee quality and the taste does not change from one size to another, it stays perfectly the same. The employees are always kind, and they really take time to get to know their customers orders. The smallest details are quickly remembered by the employees, making the overall customer experience outstanding. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough.

I love this place and the ladies that work here. Their coffee is awesome. They have a convenient program where you can load money under your name and if you have it set up you don't even have to hand them $ when you come through. You also earn a free drink after 10 purchases. On top of that, if you come regularly they'll likely memorize your drink, making things even easier. They are friendly and quick. (The line does get long, but that's to be expected when with a place as good as this.)

They dislike Starbucks and liberals as much as I do. Great cheap coffee, but the taste is far superior to the large woke coffee chains. Great service. Will be returning again.

Zoie is one of the fastest baristas in the west. Never any burned shots, she always remembers my name and what I always order, and way more awake and friendly than I'll ever be at the wee hours of the morning.

I'm sitting in a line of cars writing this review, and the girls at this stand get through a line faster than a Costco checker trying to earn an extra Christmas bonus.

If you're cutting it close on your morning commute, you can make it through a line of about 4 cars in about 5-6 minutes and still not be late for work.

Went here after DCR in Kent had to move further away. Family friendly coffee ☕ stand that is great. Alot closer to house to bad didn't find sooner.

Love this locally owned coffee stand! They remember my drink order, my children's drink orders and even my mother's drink order and she lives in West Seattle and only goes there maybe once a month. Always friendly, always delicious. Oh and to the guy that no one hears pull up, does your car not have a horn? A quick little beep and they would be right to the window.

Love my 32ounce spiced Chai Tea w/ vanilla syrup, iced. Very clean, respectful establishment. I have loved Black Bear Coffee Company ever since their beginning! Big recommendations to stop on in & give em a try! You won't regret it! ☕🍵

I have visited Black Bear Coffee quite a few times in the past 6-9 months and I really wish I would have stopped in sooner. They have a loyalty program and allow you to enjoy a casual conversation (or not, if that's your preference) while they whip up some extremely tasty caffeinated beverages. I am a huge fan of the Grizzly and go for the 20oz on Friday mornings to really start my day right.

Batistas were very friendly and helpful in deciding what to order even though they had been there since 4 and 5am. Iced white mocha with caramel was delicious!

Black bear coffee company has such great coffee and I love my morning chats with the ladies! They remembered my order super quick and always have the best recommendation when I'm feeling something different! :D

This is a drive-thru with some tables by it (I didn't expect that). My coffee was good. My muffin was similar, and everything was well worth the price. The service was AMAZING. The workers there asked about us and helped us pick hiking trails for our trip. One even called her mom to ask what a road was called.

My wife and I go to this coffee stand daily, we had a problem before with one of the girls not knowing we were in the drive thru but since my last review, shala the owner has installed a motion sensor in the drive thru eliminating the issue we had. The coffee they make is fantastic, and all the girls are very friendly! I recommend this stand for anyone looking for good coffee and fast service!

Love this place! The ladies are incredibly nice and the coffee is delicious! They have a TON OF flavored red bulls too! I can't start my day as a normal human being without it...I'm there everyday.
