Matt Dake took my Workers Comp case Feb of 2021. This was a very frustrating area for my wife and I, as we were completely out of our realm. Many trips to Doctor and specialists in town and out of town. Many calls to Matt with questions, as we did not know what to do. Matt was very patient with us. Gary Nelson is the only reason my husband and I retrieved the security deposit for our Marion condo rental. We abided by the rental contract in all matters and, with the landlord's approval, even paid personally to improve the property during our time there. But when our landlord totally ignored his side of the contract regarding the return of our security deposit, Gary wisely advised us and expertly guided us through the process of legally claiming the deposit. Rush & Nicholson by far exceeded my expectations. I was severely injured in a car accident and was being represented by a different law firm.
