Harbor Freight Tools

I feel like the tools at Harbor Freight have gotten a bad reputation. Everything I've purchased has worked hard and well and been worth every penny I spent. It's a great value and the staff are friendly and willing to help.

Lots of great tools at great prices and the staff were outstanding and helpful. Ran in for some lighting for the base of a tip jar.

Harbor Freight's first Cedar Rapids store, at the former Target site at 3750 Williams Blvd. SW, opened in 2007. A retail chain carrying a wide range of tools, hardware & other products for the home, garden & car.

Good tools for a home owner at a good price

Good place to get cheap tools for the non-pro. Many of the tools will last if you take care of them, but they're cheap enough that lasting isn't a big worry.

This place is really stepping up in the quality department. Their "best" tools are ones you would find professionals using! On top of that I would say a class leading waranty program. You could literally run over a power tool and if it's in the waranty or extended waranty period they will give you a new one. No questions asked! Keep it up!

Was killing time so had the luxury of just looking at my pace. I really enjoyed myself & found a few extra idems to boot.

Upper echelon of whatever... need a greenhouse, a plasma cutter, 5000 batteries, or a car jack. Go here.

Excellent cost of good tools. Your not getting top of the line unless you buy the Icon line. That being said, rolling box, wrenches, sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, bits, crawler and many other tools i have come from there and work fine on semi-trailers everyday.

NGL I think I just called the place to see if a friend wasn't working cause he wasn't answering his phone. But Google wanted me to do a review. Bought the rainbow 6pc set of wrenches. Not a week later one was bent. Dont even remember using it. But I have a concave 3/8 wrench now

Employees were very friendly and the store was clean and organized, however I didn't find what I was looking for because they don't carry that item. But other than that the service and the amount of time I spent in the store was very reasonable. I hate spending 20-30 mins attempting to find something only to find out that the store doesn't carry the item. So it ends up being a waste of time. So the fact that I had an employee helping right from the start and I was in and out with little time wasted is definitely a big star in my book!!

Has many tools and accessories at reasonable prices. Stores have built reputation on decent quality low cost tools and supplies. Due to recent economic conditions caused COVID - 19 and the Derecho storms, Harbor Freight, as well as many other stores have found it difficult to carry full inventories. As a result not all items are currently in stock.

Very busy today, but got what we needed quickly and checked out quickly. Lots of people working so not a problem, plus they usually don't change stuff around much so it is easy to find. I do not care for the restroom remodel, 2 large single restrooms, unisex. I liked it better with a men's and women's restroom with stalls.

For the love of tools this is a great place with great prices. Some of the quality isn't the best for everyday use but other items have lasted for years of abuse. Very helpful staff.

There tools are good for the price and the icon tool boxes are good quality for the money ill never buy a 10000 dollar matco box again

I could spend all day long plus more with my boyfriend in this type of store in fact its one of our favorite places to go together plus we both share an interest in tools and its our way of spending time bonding together out and about at the same time plus it involves us spending more money then what we try to set for a goal amount or below but its worth it in the end and we both get to enjoy the tools we get.

First time coming into your store and had no clue what I was supposed to get. But I was gratefully helped by Austin. He knew right where everything I needed was at and I only had a certain amount to spend as well and he made sure the prices fit my budget. A great worker you have in your store. It went well. Would have been better if my wife would have let me buy more tools. You see today is her birthday and she let me go there and buy a new tape measure. It could have been worst i at least got to go to your store. This experience was great but could have been better. Thank you.
