The staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing always does a great job. They explained everything that they would be doing and didn't try to over-sell us things that we didn't need. We had one small issue that was quickly taken care of the same day that I contacted them. I appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. We have been customers for many years and will continue to be loyal due to their great customer service.

Randy did an amazing and thorough job on a Sunday morning! Very happy with his knowledge and attention to detail. He went out of his way to make sure the whole house was running properly before he was finished with the issue I called about. Cortney did a great job in expeditiously inspecting and maintaining my water heater, and replacing an outdoor leaky water faucet. He also installed an inside, inline cutoff valve to protect the water line from freezing or bursting during cold water. He presented options for the sump pump, and a water conditioner. All in all, I was pleased with his courtesy and professionalism during his visit.

This was my first time using this service and will definitely use again. Hunter Engstrom was friendly, helpful, and very easy to work with. Overall, he did a fantastic job in resolving the issue very quickly. He even went out of his way and replaced the aerator on my bathroom faucet which was outstanding!

Hunter has always shown amazing service and is always kind to customers. I have watched him train several associates in the last couple of years he has been coming, and that too is top notch. He has went above and beyond at my home: tankless water heater, water softener, completely new drains and bathroom plumbing downstairs and up, basement shower, toilets, and most recently brand new upstairs sink and vanity. Hunter has always worked amazing with our electricians and contractor during larger jobs to make sure there are no delays and everything runs smoothly.

Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with an emergency issue they were here within an hour and had the problem fixed in no time. Cody Howard and his helper( didn't get his name) were friendly fast and very helpful. Thank you so much.

First time I've used this service and will definitely use it again. I attempted to replace the bathtub faucet until I got to a point where it was beyond me, so I called Benjamin Franklin. Randy was professional, gave me my options and talked about the best route to go. After I agreed, he replaced it easily and quickly, having the part already in his truck. He even went through some tips on how to adjust things as needed before he left. Excellent service!

He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure the problem was fixed. He also provided us different options and price points before doing the work, and updates along the way of progress. We called on a Sunday, same price as during the week. 10/10 would recommend.

This morning, Hunter Engstrom arrived to our aesthetics studio to handle some drainage issues we were having. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, which ended up being larger than expected. He was great and had a good sense of humor through it all! Would highly recommend, and use again!

Cody was the man! Had a pipe burst in the bathroom & Cody had it fixed and situated before we knew it! Very professional young man and incredibly courteous to us and our family. Randy was excellent to work with. He was prompt, courteous, and a skilled professional. He replaced our water heater. When he was done with the job he cleaned up the utility room thoroughly then walked me through the new system and explained how he completed the installation. I would not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future.

Benjamin Franklin came to my house to repair clogged toilet on Saturday 912.00...
$912.00 dollars and 2 days later on Tuesday I was in exactly same boat.. clogged toilet .... I will never recommend them.. they came Tuesday snd said thry would have to charge me again if I wanted them to work on it....
He'll no.. I called city sewer got charged 285.00 and all is good now... don't use Benjamin Franklin.
Unless you have money to just give away cuz that's what's happens.. you give them money and I got nothing in return.. have a good day

Hunter did a great job. He came quick, he worked quick and was upfront and honest about next steps and recommendations for products. Great job! Would recommend.

They showed up 10-15 minutes later than told, but it wasn't an emergency, and they were the only ones that got out same day anyway.

The guys were nice. They put on their shoe covers and took a look at my issue. I knew what the issue was, but they pointed out what our previous contractor did was not to code AND an issue that could have caused other problems down the road.

I honestly don't know if the charge/price was 'good/bad/right' because I don't deal with plumbing much.

I know the job was done in a way that I shouldn't have the problem again and they brought it up to code.

I wouldn't hesitate calling them again at the very least.

My toilet wouldn’t flush. A button was stuck. Cody from Benjamin Franklin came and helped us get to the root of the problem in just minutes. He was really nice and easy to work with. I’d recommend Benjamin Plumbing to anyone who needs work done the right way at a good price.

Hunter did a great job explaining everything he found and what he was doing. Showed all monetary options. The new gas valve on the new water heater leaked and he found it before he left and made sure it would be fixed before the gas was turned back on. Very thorough.
