Erick and Kara were extremely helpful when we decided to switch to Verizon. Erick was very patient in dealing with our questions. He spent a lot of time with us! Kara explained all the details after I came back into the store with more questions a few days later. These two employees are great! I would recommend Verizon to anyone! Thank you.

Kara was absolutely amazing! I switched company’s after 20 years! And she was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had to return for an issue and she took care of it with ease and compassion!

she was the only one working , and handled multiple peoples at once. A constant flow of people entered and were quickly taken care of and became satisfied customers! As my issue took some time I was able to observe her work ethic and it is top notch! She’s always organizing , cleaning and bettering the store and you can see she takes pride in her work, and place of work!

She travels to different stores, and I will definitely be going to see her if I have any issues in the future!!
