Kelly saved the day. This is always a good, reliable, convenient store but I had a horrific Amazon return involving 84 boxes & a messed up Amazon return process yet KELLY made it happen with minimal expense. She was calm, charming, helpful, never stopped smiling when I was about to lose it, and made the whole mess as efficient as possible so I could get my large amount of money back. She is an absolute treasure.

When I arrived to the store the line was from the counter all the way to the door. There were two employees working very hard and fast. When it was my turn, I got attended by Kelly. I was returning devices from Comcast that didn’t have the sticker of the serial number but I had it written down. So Kelly put everything together and made the situation easier than it should have! Very professional and very fast. I also appreciated the the store was very clean. I like that.

I will be back to this store for future shipping needs. Ray was very patient and efficient in my shipping requests. He took time to explain everything since it was my first time shipping important documents. This old lady says, "Keep up the good work" and thanks for being so nice.

Today I dropped off a package and I want to say the customer service I experience was excellent! I love how the young lady greeted you when you walked in the door and let you know that they will be right with you. Customer service is so lost in our society that I thought I'd let them know what a great job they did today.

I've rented a mailbox at this store for several years and the friendly service is top notch. Even during the holiday rush the staff is always pleasant and professional. I'm on a first name basis with everyone and consider them to be my fondest acquaintances.

My husband and I went to notarize some papers. The manager, Kelly, assisted us throughout the entire process and was caring and kind towards the other customers the entire time. Good vibes!!

Karen the owner of the location is a very knowledgeable, kind, helpful person. She seems to have a great knack for hiring great team members. Kim, in particular, has helped me out tremendously every single time I’ve been in the store while she was working. Do NOT ever let her go!!!! Though, it’s tremendously expensive where I ship to, that is not the fault of the store. The customer service there is always top notch and I always feel safe shipping there. The staff is always professional and courteous. Kim is a shining star. Great location in a day where customer service doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Karen, give Kim a raise!

Kim is always pleasant, greets you warmly, always has a smile. I love coming into this location because it has the best customer service. She is such a lovely person and very knowledgeable on shipping.

This store is always so professional and attentive from the moment you enter the store. Just left and Kim was especially kind and careful to get all of my orders correct. I had to ship multiple boxes and she was so patient and caring. I needed that because I was frazzled from trying to make it before the last pick-up time. I will definitely return!

Kim customer service is always on point . She's never slow and never forgets your receipt which is very important for me. I'm here twice a week because I drop passengers packages off when they email thier labels for me to ship items left at the Airport. Keep up the great work Kim and thanks for always smiling 😁

Awesome service!! Was trying to ship a package to West Africa for a Peace Corp volunteer, for weeks. Stopped in this store and they helped and it was received in less than a week!
