this walgreens is horrible i have been waiting on a prescription since 6 the pharmacist went on break still not back it’s 7:15

Worst customer service ever I stayed in the line for over 20 min then when my turn come they needed to confirm something about the medication with the doctor so I stepped on the side and then when she finished she told me to go back in the line again I told her I just stayed in the line for over 20 min she said still go back in the line again, I asked for the manager she called him after 10 min, I simply explained the situation for him he said you don’t need to wait in line again she will take you next, and he left, then just because she is want to be rude anyhow she didn’t do what the manger said and she helped another 4 customers, then I said “manager said I am next did you hear him “ he helped me then, she just want to be rude for no reason, my 10 years kid who has been hospitalized for the past 7 days waiting all that time in the car and the medication was already due for him to take, please look into this so it won’t happened with the next customer just because she hates her job
