Our experience with Twin Pines has been terrific. They are the best vet we've ever had in over 30 years of having pets.

I especially want to single out Dr. Robertson for her knowledge, transparency, compassion, and follow up. Can't say enough about her. She is always thoughtful and insightful. Gives honest and informed advice and has good judgement. She is awesome.

Also want to mention Dr. Wegley who helped with a semi-emergency condition and really put extra effort in to solve the issue--including working what must have been at least a 12 hour shift (they all seem to work long hours!).

And lastly, I want to mention the other members of the team. They have all been friendly and caring.

I will scream from the rooftops that the staff at Twin Pines are the most thoughtful, amazing, and competent people!

1. Front desk is so nice and helpful with scheduling visits months in advance so we can get in when we need to. My dog is anxious usually but she loves the people there!
2. Last-minute urgent care services are great (drop off at 8am + they'll call you when your pup is ready for pickup - you must call ahead to book a slot for drop off)
3. They're fast and efficient - my dog's glands need expressing every month and she doesn't like it, but she is willing to tolerate it here because the staff are lovely and give her plenty of pats and treats

But the most important part is, they CARE. They won't ever try to sell you extra stuff you don't need, and they aren't pushy. They're very meticulous and thorough. Dr. Robertson in particular is just above and beyond, taking great care of my dog. Even if I moved anywhere else within driving distance (Seattle, Bellevue, literally anywhere within an hour), I would make the trek so that she can continue being our preferred vet.

We are so thankful for the staff at Twin Pines Animal Hospital. Dr. Hardy and her staff are professional and very kind hearted. Sandra and Kelsey both were very wonderful with communication and very loving with our pup Cassie. Cassie has separation anxiety and can get quite loud and vocal about her needs. It was reassuring to hear Dr. Hardy tell us her staff was enjoying giving her lots of love. We are overjoyed with our choice to switch to this vet and will definitely be returning! Thank you again for taking care of our little lady and making her feel safe and welcomed!

Everyone at Twin Pines is the best! They are so kind, attentive, and caring. I trust the team here wholeheartedly. They have proven time and time again how amazing they are to our fur babies. Our pets love coming here and I honest to God believe they are the reason our dog is still alive today. He had a horrendous health scare last year and everyone at Twin Pines went so above and beyond to make sure our pup made a full recovery. I am so thankful to have y'all as my vet and I recommend you to everyone I know.

They made me feel like family! They also emailed me twice asking for a follow up on how my dog was doing! They actually care! ❤

Dr Hardy and team are amazing! My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and requires insulin twice a day. I can't do needles! It gives me extreme anxiety. I come twice a day for shots and they take care of my dog Kramer like he is a king! He loves the ladies (and Mark of course!!) and looks forward to seeing them each morning and night! Thank you so much!!

My original vet was no where to be found, they closed for months because of a redesign of their offices. I was lost; my dog was limping very badly and I needed to get into someone. They squeezed me in and were wonderful
to both me and my dog. She ended up having Osteosarcoma and after weighing all of the options that Dr. Hardy explained in great detail she ultimately needed to be put down. I was/am devestated but Dr. Hardy and staff really helped me get through this painful time.
I do not know how I would get through this without them.

Thank you so much! Needless to say they are my new vet.

Hands down the best veterinary hospital I have been to and with COVID technically I haven't even been in it yet!

They are very professional and compassionate in what they do. Our puppy was diagnosed with kidney failure and the ER vet basically said he won't see one year old and sent us walking without a plan or a prescription.

We took the report to twin pines who collaborated with the specialist and together they developed a care plan or our pup, he turns 1yr in two weeks!

We transfered here after a traumatic event and losing our previous house pig. We have established care with Dr Wiggly, and she is beyond, wonderful. Knowledgeable, and caring. We came back from a 10 day vacation and our pig was sick. We called Twin Pines. Their emergency vet called us back and got us worked in to be seen the next day. I love this place. The staff. The vets. The follow through and follow up. I am just sad we didn't find them sooner!

We have a zoo of dogs and cats and a farm with chickens - Twin Pines takes care of them all. I've been to quite a few vets over the years as I've moved around a lot and I have to say Twin Pines is really the best. Dr. Blake and Dr. Hardy have worked with our pets and created more accurate, thorough diagnoses than other vets. They are very communicative and knowledgeable. I also love that Twin Pines offers farm house calls - so we can do health checkups at a reasonable rate for our 20 chickens. That was a fun experience and they were thorough with their inspection/exams and advice.

I brought my chicken that had not been using her leg. The staff were compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable. The clinic is super clean and inviting. I highly recommend them!

We were overwhelmed with how positive our first check-up experience was with Twin Pines Animal Hospital. They were extremely nice, patient, articulate regarding their findings & recommendations, and very sensitive to our rescue dog sometimes being stand-offish with new people. We felt fully supported and are currently at ease knowing we've found the best vet in the area for our dog. Cannot recommend enough!

I came in with a new (12 week) puppy for an initial health assessment and vaccinations and the staff and Dr were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the options for care and handled my new pet very gently. Highly recommended.

Truly the best experience! After switching from a previous vet for our two new kittens, we could not be more happy with this clinic. Dr. Robertson is always so thorough and explains everything she's done at each visit with a friendly and informative tone. The front desk team is always so responsive and helpful. They are excellent at sending email reminders about upcoming appointments. The care is superb - we will be coming here for a long time!

They've been helping our farm for a long time. Goats, sheep, LGDs, personal pets - everything! Hard to find vets that know what they are doing but these ladies really got it! 12/10 would HIGHLY recommend!! 💯

I loved this place. Was in need of a vet for one of my hen Fuzzball and Dr. Hardy’s team got us in quickly and provided A+ service. Marc who helped at the front was awesome. So hard to find a veterinarian for hens and a lot of the folks who work here also have chickens! Dr. Hardy called me and we chatted about Fuzzball for 10+ minutes. She didn’t rush, shared options and was very thorough. All around great place. The 1920’s farm house is adorably decorated. Almost too nice and clean to be an animal hospital😀. Kudos to the whole team. We’re now considering transferring here for all of our animals. Stellar experience. THANK YOU.

We love Dr. Robertson! She's so amazing with our puppy. And Chrissy, the office manager ... well, she deserves a raise. I'm not sure I've ever encountered such a smart, competent, and kind office manager in any business over the past decade! Just an amazing team, overall! Super special place, and we're lucky to have them in Bothell.

I received great service from Dr. Robertson and her sidekicks Mark and Elise! Colleen the desk gal is very professional too!

My Vet of 22 years passed away last year. It took me several vets before I hit on Dr. Robertson. Appointments were easy to get. We were never rushed. Everything was explained carefully. We always received a call the next day to see how everything was going and if we had any questions.
I felt taken care of along with my pet.

Unfortunately I had to put my dog to sleep. Dr. Robertson came to my home and could not have been more considerate and kind. For such a horrible experience she made it as good as it could be.

I will take all my animals to her! I recommend you do too!

Dr. Hardy and Dr. Robertson have treated my dogs for years. They are both fantastic. They are kind, compassionate and go far above and beyond in handling my sometimes difficult rescue dogs. My newest rescue recently escaped from my yard and they kept in contact with me after hours, on the weekend and helped facilitate getting me a humane trap. I did not ask them to do this. They simply stepped up and did everything they could to help me find my dog. They provide excellent care and I trust them completely. Highly recommended and I would not have any other vets caring for my dogs.

Everyone who works at Twin Pines is so nice and welcoming. I have a 1.8 year old puppy (Luna) who was diagnosed with kidney disease at a very young age. We've been in and out of vet offices multiple times a month, even weeks at times. If it's not regarding regular fluid maintenance, blood tests, urine cultures, it's for her sensitive stomach issues as well. Safe to say the vet wasn't Luna's favorite place to be. Thankfully she loves everyone and feels so much more comfortable at Twin Pines. Dr. Robertson is one of the best veterinarians I could of ever taken Luna to. She's very knowledgeable, and compassionate, and truly cares about the well-being of Luna. I can't thank Dr. Robertson enough for everything she's done to help the both of us when Luna's health isn't always the best. If anyone's looking for a place to take their furry family members, please consider Twin Pines, you won't be disappointed in the quality of care that comes with visiting here.
