I recently purchased a Volkswagen SUV at Tuscola Ford, and it was a great experience. I had been shopping all over the area for over a month and Tuscola Ford was not like many of the dealerships here in Central Illinois. They did not jack me around on my trade and they were able to get to my number without any high-pressure sales tactics. They did not try to push their financing, accessories, or warranties. And when I asked about a service contract, they found one at a reasonable price from Ford Service. This is only the second time in 30 years I purchased one of those. They had license plates in-house and completed the paperwork in less than an hour. My compliments to Rocky, Brayden, Justin, and Olivia.

Unbelievable service!! Bought a new Icon golf cart for my wife's birthday. They were able to set up the delivery of the cart to the exact time I requested. Then they surprised me by going the extra mile and got me wife a birthday present on their own. Nobody takes care of you better than them.

Ford of Tuscola has been great service department is great. I'm like other Ford Dealer if you didn't buy your vehicle there the won't give you the time of day for service

My salesperson Nick and the rest of the staff were all super friendly and helpful. There was no pressure applied to purchase. They even repaired a couple of items for free on the vehicle we purchased. I would highly recommend.

Ford of Tuscola had of all things, a boat I was looking for. Worked with Logan and he did an awesome job communicating with me. We worked out a good deal and even gave me a veterans discount, which I am finding rarer these days. I drove 5 1/2 hours to come get this boat and it was worth it. They had the boat ready for me and a water hose hooked up so I could hear it run. Everything went smoothly. Very nice folks to deal with!

Sales exp was ok. Dealership needs to have more follow through in detail employees when cleaning up a new truck to present to customer. They made it right and recleaned the truck but a bit disappointed in the details of the detail shop
