O'Reilly Auto Parts

I was in Tuscola today helping a family member,cause of the cooler temps the air in my tires were low and no gas stations offer the convenience. I stopped at the O'Reilly Auto Parts told them my issue,they came right out put air in my tires,I was so grateful. They are really good people. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts!!!

Love this place for inventory and location. Helpful nice Folks work here. You can borrow tools too, WOW !

We were traveling when the lights to our instrument panel went out. We visited this location on a recommendation and we're pleased we did. The manager of this store is friendly, helpful and very personable. Stopping to deal with a car issue was not on our agenda due to it being our daughters birthday. He made her day giving her a Disney Princess figure. We are very thankful for the service we received and will use O'Reilly in the future.

I needed a battery for the truck on the clutch and the man was nice enough to take out my old battery and put a new battery and in the snow that is greatly appreciated and wonderful customer service, and we thank that man

Was just passing through Illinois when we encountered brake issues. Was after five so no service shops were open. Aaron went WAY above and beyond and spent an hour diagnosing and fixing our system. The best customer service!! Thank you Aaron.

On vacation far from home , needed a new starter... staff here so very helpful , calling around to find someone who could install a new starter for us. We were back on the road in no time . ... went way beyond the call of duty ! ☺ Thank you !!

I really like this place and use it for nearly all my automotive needs. Walter is very friendly and helpful as are the rest of the staff working there. Great hometown parts store.

We broke down driving to Arizona and we needed a part for the car, everything was closed because it was a Saturday afternoon so Ken drove 40 minutes away to pick up the part for us. He was a real life saver, I’m never shopping anywhere other than O’Reilly for car parts again!

Tuscola store didn't have the part I was looking for but went above the call and found what I needed in Effingham and had it shipped to the Mattoon store for me.

Conveniently located, easy to find in normal traffic , they had exactly what I needed, the staff was courteous and helpful , the price was right for the items I purchased.

Everyone was very quick to ask if I needed any help and was professional.

Friendly staff quick to help you and they even take your used oil which is awesome if you do your own oil changes

I gotta say... I never expected O' Reillys to stock a 46" lawn mower deck belt, but the gentleman at the desk, hooked me up!! I made 4 trips to a local Bumper to Bumper store, and they gave me the wrong stuff every time!

There's 2 guys not sure of there names but there great help with trying to my car parts they're hard to find at first we ended up finding them I might even sell one of the guys my car I don't know yet

Very convenient for us , we stopped for lunch and needed to fix a trailer we were towing had the parts and we're on our way !
