Taylor and Mike are absolutely amazing and such a joy to work with! We were in and out to upgrade our phones pretty quickly! We enjoyed the personable experience and their knowledge to help us get everything transferred is much appreciated!
10/10 would recommend working with them/this specific Verizon store over all the others located in central IL. Great customer service and efficient!

Mike was really knowledgeable and was extremely helpful getting me switched over to my new phone. He took the time to help walk me through some of the things I hadn’t done in awhile. I was really appreciative of the fact that the store in Tuscola was open also I didn’t have to deal with of the switch over on the phone. It was a great experience!!

Great experience at the Tuscola, IL VERIZON store. Mike went above & beyond, to switch from another provider... who shall remain unnamed. Mike was on his way to lunch, but saw me and returned to the store just to help me. In turn, I made some purchases, for my business, and personal needs. He set me up with a business account, and didn't leave the store, until after closing hours... (7 pm)
I feel as if I've made a fantastic decision, as my phone is working 100+++ %!!

Very good service. The guy helping me (didn’t catch his name) knew what he was doing, answered every question I asked as well as the questions from other customers and was friendly and personable. I’m not sure the store was any different from any other Verizon store but the employee that helped me was one of the best.

My Son took me there to get my new phone set up. Mike was great helping us out. And while we waiting for all my text messages to load. Us three had a nice conversation. Really nice Guy.

Taylor was very helpful. My phone was totally dead. I drive a truck and have to have a phone on the road. After buying my new phone I thought about it further, I came back to Taylor and bought a second phone, incase this would happen again. She was able to transfer all of my contacts into a flip phone. GOOD JOB TAYLOR!

I have used this store 3 times and each time service has been great! Mike is awesome!! Wait times are minimal if any at all. Today I walked right in and Mike assisted me right away.

Told them what I wanted and Kiera quickly brought me some options I might like and what I had in mind. She explained some deals they had going on that would best suit me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Kiera was hands down the BEST representative I've ever worked with at Russell Celluar! She took the time to figure out the best phone and plan for me and really just made me feel comfortable with the over all process. Definitely will be going to her for all my phone problems and needs!
