McDonald's

Always a good experience. I travel a lot and this is one of the few McDonald's that pay attention to the front counter. I never have to wait to put an order and the staff are pretty friendly.

It is the first time in a long time that the food was hot, service at the window was great and I guess the atmosphere was good.

Crew member Heather made my day! She was so helpful and kind to me and my littles after a long day of traveling! She deserves a bonus!

i went through the drive thru, and it was AMAZING service. there was a big line but i got through so quick, and the employees were super friendly

Passing through on 57 I Took the kids here Friday morning for breakfast and was very happy with the experience. Food was hot, ready, and well prepared! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's not every day you find a McDonald's that does such a good job!

Pleasant experience!

The food is usually how you expect it. Sometimes they don't cook the nuggets all the way though. Staff can be rude at times as well. Made an order through the drive thru but when I got to the first window to pay the cashier just looked at me and was like I don't have an order. I explained that I just ordered and she argued about this. Finally my order came thru and she yanked the card out of my hand for my payment. Then the 2nd window gave me an attitude when I picked up my food because of my confusion through the whole situation.

They always do a pretty good job here. The order is almost always correct and the drive thru is so fast. The line once reached the entrance of the parking lot and I still got through in less than 15 minutes with the correct order. Establishment is always clean and workers are very nice.

I'm from NC. Just passing thru. Had best meal ever. 1230 pm today. Cheese was melted on burger. Mest not overcooked. Fries hot and crispy. Coke was crispy lol. Good place. Was real nice.

2 fish made correctly with steamed bread and zesty tartar sauce. Fries hot and fresh. Soda was actually bubbly. Dine in closed but they are considered enough to allow you order inside. Plus my husband was treated professionally. Thank you for your hard to all employees and managers.

This McDonald's is a great establishment. It is always clean and stocked. It is family friendly. They pull people up to get food out faster. They know if want fresh yummy food and not old gross food. They cook less, more often. That is a great way to run things. If food was made wrong or I ordered it wrong they are very respectful and fix it right away. The employees are always in uniform and wear them the right way. They are most definitely the fastest around. I love coming here and bringing friends. I highly recommend stopping by!

We strolled in with 5 gkids and gma and gpa and found a gem of a McDonalds..Shout out to staff. Freindly, and helped completely with LARGE ORDER! Thanks again!

Best M D’s I’ve been to in a long time

Staff was very pleasant and courteous. My fries and chicken and sandwich were hot and fresh. Food was out in a timely manner. I would rather wait for hot fresh food than be served something fast and cold. Tuscola McDonalds has never disappointed me.

This McDonald's specifically I know is run well. Always has been. The owners were always passionate, dedicated, hard-working people that demanded excellence. Sure, lots of kids work in a McDonald's and not everybody always pulls their weight.

Sure, mistakes on orders occasionally happen. In spite of that, I have almost never had an unpleasant experience as a customer here.

Maybe because of this one specifically, but I have the impression that McDonald's restaurants are just run better than the competition. If you want fast food from a franchise, there is little else that compares locally.

Some of the freshest chicken Nuggets. Very clean. And the ice cream 🍦 machines work.

Stopped and had a great McDouble and fries. The sandwich was well made with cheese between the patties and pickles cover the top of the burger. Everything was inside of the bun and tasty.

I've started recently working in Tuscola, and swing by the McDonald's most mornings or afternoons at some point. The ladies and gentlemen at this location have been courteous, provided exceptional customer service every single time, and have been insightful in assuring that the best bang for my buck has been a priority. Warm smiles, positive attitudes, and quick service have made this particular McDonald's my new favorite chain location. Keep up the good work!

there were some free fries on the floor! Dope! they also let me come over the counter and make my own food while they were by the grill taking a smoke break. I though it was kinda weird they threw the cigs on peoples food because i would never order that LOL!
