I stopped by this store 2 weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. The young woman that helped me wasn't pushy. She was so helpful in finding what I was looking for and more. I believe her name was Angel. I'm going back this week.

Employees are super nice and helpful without being pushy. They made sure I was receiving all my coupons to save money right then, instead of leaving and realizing I could have saved money. Great fall colors for sweaters, scarves and jeggings.

Very good sales. We were shopping with two of our adult daughters and all 3 of us ladies came out with bags full. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for the friendly customer assistance! Makes a person who doesn't like to shop more at ease!

What inventory they had were too pricey!

I would not give this place 1 star but I had to in order to write a review! I went in on Tues. July 26, 2023. It was 97 outside. The poor manager that was extremely nice and sweet was so hot you could tell how miserable she was. She had a big metal FAN for her customers. She asked can I get you a dressing room I said yes please. I had to get dress clothes and I needed them quick so I went there because I love there dress clothes. If I had know before I started trying on clothes that there WAS NOOOO AIR CONDITION I would have NEVER SPENT A DIME. I WAS MISERABLE SO EXTREMELY SWEATY AND PISSED BECAUSE I WAS SPENDING ALOT OF MONEY. I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT MOre but was to miserable to stay another minute. I watched to take it all back. And debating on. Spending my money where someone who care about there employees and spends money I n air conditioner to keep there customers and staff comfortable. I am sure corporate air works and are freezing. Kylie I dont know why you would even work in that extreme heat but your smile is Ginuwine and I feel you should work for someone who actually takes care of there employees. I had heaT exhaustion when I left and laid down for and slept for 7 hours because I was so overheated. I have no desire to ever go back there and spend a dime in there ever again. I give you a 10 star because you are wonder at what you do. But to Muarices shame on you for treating your employees and customers with such disrespect. One of m h favorite places is now the last place I will go. And I will definitely spread the word! It was 97°in the store.

First I’ll start by stating I use to love this store and shop here frequently as I’m local. However my experience today has changed that forever. Three young ladies were working today on Friday Aug 6th. When entering the store I wasn’t greeted which is more than ok. However what bothered me is the lack of their help. Avoiding me to be honest. Let’s point something out that I’m short and curvy. I wear a size 16 most days. I came in to shop for jeans. As my whole closet is Maurice clothing. Not a single young lady assisted. However every other women shopping for slimmer clothing they offered them help. Even pointed out how cute clothing would be on other women. However not myself. I made eye contact plenty of times and even tried to catch their attention and they would walk away. Talk about FAT shaming a person with no words. I even took the time to walk back to the slimmer clothing hoping to get assistance in finding a 16 short. However one darted across the store to the other side and the other put her head down and started organizing clothes on a rack near the counter. I will admit this experience is at the hands of two/three young ladies as one was dressing a mannequin. What breaks my heart even more is another plus size woman walked in and not a word was said to her. She to was ignored just as well. She too very much so looked like she needed help. How dare your company to fat shame any woman or make them feel less than. It’s unacceptable. We are all built in different shapes and sizes and your brand was once known for that. Did it steer clear and is becoming American Eagle and Aeropostale? Probably so. I will never shop at this store again.
