Rachel's Body Shop Gym

Rachel's Body Shop is a hidden gem gym 😉. Not only does she offer a very affordable membership as a 24hr gym, but she provides real guidance with her personal training. When I began my journey with her I was 228 pounds. It only took 4-5 months for her to whip me into shape down to 178. If you're hungry for change, ready to better your health, and need someone to hold you accountable then she is you gal! It was great working with her and I know for sure you will feel the same.

Best gym I've ever used. This gym is open 24/7, and is always clean and well maintained. I usually work out anytime between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, and have never had to wait for cardio or weight machines. Rachel is super nice, and frequently on-site, doing personal training. I haven't felt the need for that yet, but if I wanted a PT session, I wouldn't hesitate to pay for that service from her. She is very knowledgeable about fitness, and easy to get along with. Also, the price is very reasonable for the quality experience you get at Rachel's Body Shop.

I just love this gym! The owner Rachel is fantastic, the gym is small but spacious, it has great equipment and is super welcoming! I usually hate gyms, but this place actually motivates me to go workout.

I have been going to this gym for 2 years and I love it. It's clean, affordable, and right next to my office. The owner Rachel is super nice and even though the gym is a little small it's well laid out and has everything you need for a solid workout, even with weights. Rachel is very responsive if you text or call, check it out!

Cant say enough good things about this place. Rachel is a genuinely good person that cares about fitness. She helped me out a ton when I was there on business for a few days. The gym is smaller but if perfectly fine and has everything you would need for most things. And it was a cheap day pass, not like franchise gyms where they want $20+ a day when I'm only there for three days or so. Highly recommended.

Great Gym! The owner, Rachel is very knowledgeable about the equipment and is always happy to show you how to use something. There is a solid selection of cable machines, racks, and free weights. There are numerous lockers to store your personal items during your workout. The locker room and showers are clean, and there's always shampoo, which has saved me when I forgot to bring my own!

Awesome gym. Most times, you can find the owner, Rachel, in the gym. She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the equipment. The gym is equipped with bikes, treadmills, stair master, a variety of weight training equipment, clean bathrooms and showers (with hair dryers and shampoo!). If anyone is looking for a well priced, well-maintained gym in Kent, I would recommend Rachel's body shop!

Smaller , more personal gym. The owner - Rachel, does a great job with not only running the place, but also giving personal training lessons. She helped my wife get started training recently and was a terrific motivator. If this helped or you like this review, please give it a thumbs up. Thanks

I was very fortunate to have Rachel's Body Shop in the building that I work in. I figured I would just come in a few days a week no big deal. I was pleasantly surprised to really connect with the owner Rachel who got hooked me up with personal training and it was a God send! Her dues are reasonable and the facility is immaculate! Great gym, very clean! Rachel is amazing and very knowledgeable. She has helped changed my life style, lose weight and keep it off.

I’ve really enjoyed being a member of this gym. The equipment and machines are well thought out. Even though it’s a small gym, I have not found it lacking any equipment or weights. The gym is always clean and the other members are respectful.

Extremely convenient gym. Accessible 24 hours which is a necessity for me as I work out at 4 am so I can make it to work in Seattle. It's kept extremely clean and has tons of equipment.

Great experience and workout. The crew is extremely helpful and welcoming! Also got a great personal trainer.
