Suit pants and formal dress altered. Mrs. Lee did an excellent job. Timely service. Great value for the price paid. Other reviews about issue with prepay. Just take a picture of the receipt which does state "PREPAID". There may be an element of forgetfulness. But, her skill as a tailor with alterations is without doubt in my opinion. And no issues with the dry cleaning of my shirts and suits. I'll continue to do business with them.

They went above and beyond. My shirt came in later than they expected, which was a problem as I was moving far away. They took my address and mailed it to me at no charge. Shirt received in great condition.

If I ever live in the area again, I will come back here for my dry cleaning. Thanks you guys!

The owner is nice however She forgets when you pay her upfront for alterations. I literally paid double for single alteration because she was arguing with me that I did not paid her when I dropped the dress.
Just remember people when you pay up front make sure the ticket she gives you shows Paid otherwise you will have to pay again .

Lost my husbands suit. After arguing back and forth for weeks they asked if they could have a month so they can file a claim with insurance, and they will give us money for the suit. Came back after a month, and not only did they not file a claim with insurance, they are refusing to compensate us for the suit they lost. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Never go here!

Changes receipt prices post print

Changed price on receipt because dress was longer then she thought. She was the one to receive it in. Tried to pass it off as nothing happened when I said that is not the receipt you gave me and took mine out. Did not adjust price or care.

Very poor quality of work. Got my items back with all the stains on it, one jacket liner shrank,what caused wrinkles on exterior . Still had to pay for it,because they did the “service “ Well, the service they do- is very unprofessional! Do not recommend this place!
