I highly recommend this office! At first I wasn’t sure about switching insurances as I’d never been with state farm before, but Kennedy made the switch so easy! She made sure I had all the coverage I needed and was very patient with all the questions I had. Kennedy was amazing to work with and went the extra mile to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with my coverage.

I have been with Allison Bash State Farm for a few years now and my overall experience has been great. The customer service is outstanding and I can’t thank Julie enough for the patience and understanding she has had with me and my daughter. The entire staff will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and questions are answered. Great customer service is hard to find so again, thank you!

I highly recommend this office. I was worried about changing insurance but Brady went out of his way to make the process comfortable and easy to understand. He was very patient with all of my questions and very quick and put together with his process. And he saved us so much on home and auto. One of the best insurance companies I have ever dealt with. If ever I need to speak with them or have any questions it's never a hassle someone always gets back with me and I really appreciate that but what I appreciate even more than that is the fact that the rates are very low some of the lowest I've ever had as a matter of fact everybody that works there is very sweet and helpful I would highly suggest you check them out before overpaying for insurance anywhere else.

We talked with Brad he made sure we were fully informed and that we got better insurance coverage than we already and not only better coverage but we also got that at a lower price. I Just wanted to write up a review regarding Julie Clark and all the help she has always provided each and every time I call with questions or concerns. Julie is very professional in her work and phone skills and she really knows how to get to the solution quickly. She's a keeper!!!! Keep up the great work you do to keep State Farm customers. Also I almost forgot to mention her latest assistance she helped with getting my son Jared back on our policies to be able to drive our vehicles and also Julie researched the cost and got him to bring his vehicle back to State Farm.
