Joe's Italian Villa

It was 50 years ago when I had my first slice of pizza at Joe’s Italian Villa. These guys are all still doing their thing, the pizza is still awesome and the service is second to none! Thanks guys🙂

Living in Texas, you have no idea how lucky you are too have a great neighborhood place like this, To-go and dine in. My 89 year old mother took me here. Saw a grades school buddy I haven't seen in 38 years.

Pizza was to die for. Thin crust "Chicago style" out effing standing. Outside of Chicago every thinks it's a deep dish town, NO, it's a tavern style town 20/1 ratio.

Great service and a friendly staff at the Villa. One of my favorite gluten free pizzas! They offer a 10 inch gluten free crust for a reasonable price. Would recommend! Cheers!

Old school type pizza place. Tangy sauce, not that sweet stuff. U looking for Chicago thin crust, U just found it here. Highly recommend.

Best BEST thin crust pizza ever! Best minestrone soup ever! Love this spot, its a must try! Been the same since they were at 87th and Harlem. Was always my mom's favorite place for pizza and manicotti.

Best thin cracker crust pizza in all of Chicagoland. 10 out of 10 for sure. I've travel all over for great Chicago thin crust and Joe's is my favorite #1. Perfect crust, sauce, cheese, and homemade sausage and the proportions are perfect. Even the toasted ravioli and mozzarella sticks with that red sauce is the best.

We had been at The Little Red Schoolhouse and decided to try Joe's. The food excellent and the service was so great. It was so fun for our Grandson to watch the Pizza as it was being made.

I live in Tennessee and every time I come to Illinois I stop here to eat. Great food and great service.

Joe's Italian Villa is an old style mom and pop pizza establishment that does it the right way!!! From the second you walk in the door, you are greeted in two ways, both by the owner and the overwhelming smell of glorious pizza wafting through the air.
Their thin crust pizza is made with a crust that bubbles up, creating pockets in the very thin support of the cheese, sauce, and other wonderful toppings that you ask to be layed on top. It's old world recipe has a flavor that reminds me of a cross between several local pizzerias from my childhood, long gone but not forgotten.
Part of that is from the attention to detail, using great ingredients, a time honored recipe, and pizza ovens that have seen several lifetimes of pizzas in their warm hearths.
As I have found out quite a bit in my travels, it seems that when the owners are hands on and love the craft that they are doing, the food tastes better, the atmosphere seems nicer, and the business thrives.
This is definitely the case at Joe's Italian Villa. Mangia!!!

Came for lunch. Had a really good thin crust, sausage (home made sausage) pizza. The ovens are well seasoned at 50 years old. Great food, great service, wish I lived closer. Did I mention the pizza is really good?🙃

Service very good. Still doing wvery other table, so thats nice. Food was great, great meat sauce and meatballs too.

Been coming for years. Great pizza and pasta. Try the meatball. Excellent family style food with great service. Never disappoints.

Walked in there on Saturday evening expecting to get a seat, lol. Hostess looked at us like we were aliens, but I get it. She told us it would be about an hour wait so we went across the street for a drink. If I'm not mistaken, I think we're able to order over the phone before walking in there. Got in there, sat down, food arrived, service was great.

Perfect thin crust pizza. Tastes amazing, and the crust is nice, thin, and crispy. One of my top 3 favorites!

The wife an I enjoyed a good thin crust pizza on a Saturday afternoon. It's the place to go to if you want a thin crust pizza it's the best in the neighborhood. Nice cold beer, thin crust pizza an good service.

I've only had delivery...but they've got the BEST thin crust pizza. I only order from them...in fact I'm going to order one tomorrow after my doc appt !
