Luis and Eric helped me with my new account. Excellent Service!! Felt very welcomed by all employees that work at At&t. They were very efficient and flawless!! I recommend this store very highly. Thank you Luis and Eric for your time! I will be back for sure!!

Olivia was phenomenal to work with. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me and my mother. Olivia took the time to break things down and made sure I understood everything before I left out. I spent approx 8 hours on hold for 2 days without success calling direct stream customer service. I finally went to Palos Heights IL store to see if they could help. Luckily Eric was able to help resolve part of the issue. Eric was very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks again for the help. He is an asset to this store and ATT

I can't say enough positive things about Omar and Olivia! They didn't have the color in stock that my son wanted, but they reassured us that it would ship to us before he left for college. Well, it came a day early!!! He's super happy! Thank you so much for being attentive and making sure we were not further disappointed. You rock!!!

I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize Nate Angell from this AT&T location. I have been a customer of AT&T for many years and was interested in reviewing my current plan, upgrading phones and determining the best way to consolidate other family members plans to save money.

The service I received from Nate was exceptional. His attention to detail, great communication skills, and the extensive knowledge of AT&T’s services and products were even better than I expected. I have visited many AT&T stores in the past that are in closer proximately to my home but this is the only store I will visit in the future because of Nate’s customer service.

I believe Nate is such an asset to AT&T and needs to be commended for a job well done. I would personally like to thank him for the great service I received.

This is the best service I have ever received for my phones. Ms. Chabelis is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and smart. Great Service from Olivia, Shawn and Manager Nate. I am amazed how great this store and the Customer Service. Kind. Courteous and understanding. Great listeners and attend to the Customers needs. Oak Lawn and Crestwood treat you like cattle and don't care. Keep this team together. Was a Sprint T-Mobile customer for 17 years. There's no more support over the phone or in a t mobile store so I walk across the street to a t and t store on harlem And I met Nate, Olivia and Omar they very kind also knowledgeable on cell phones and other att services that they Offer Just recently signed up for a t and t direct stream they help me and walk through it I will be a lifetime customer, Greatfully Ricky K.
