The State Farm Team at Kim Stokes Office are absolutely amazing.
I have had the pleasure of working with Nora, Mary, and Patricia during my time here as a customer. They definitely do not disappoint. They are always readily available to answer any of my questions, and they are very responsive and quick. If you want a team that has your best interest at heart and will help you save the best way they can when looking at coverage, they are definitely your go tos.

We could not ask for a better insurance agent. Kim and her team do a great job and always ensure we are in the loop with our policies. At least once a year we get a call to review each policy and ensure it fits our current lifestyle, something our previous insurance company never did. We have received more communication from Kim and her team in the past 3 years than we did with our prior agent of 10 years. We are so happy we made the switch to Kim’s agency!

I have never had anything bad to say about state farm. As I've had them since I started driving. But I have to say I have switched agents. Kim Stokes is the best one yet! I just switched to Kim's agency several months ago. Her staff and her have been great. They have communicated with me more than my last agent did in the 15 years I had them. Kim's agency wished me a happy birthday. Unfortunately I was involved in a accident, she called the next day to see if we were ok and offered any assistance. The last agent did not do that after a hit and run years ago. I'm glad I switched. Keep up the great customer service!

This is THEE best insurance agency hands down!!! After dealing with another big name company and being totally unhappy, we switched to Kim Stokes’ State Farm office because of the constant recommendations my husband and myself were getting from friends. When you call, they treat you like family. We deal with Patti a lot, and she always goes above and beyond to answer questions and handle any matter that we have (which is a lot sometimes because we have a few policies for different things). The rates are wonderful too! I would, and do, recommend them to anyone who asks.

This agency is amazing! I had an agent that I never really spoke to for the 30 years I had him as my agent. He retired and Kim took over and the service is fantastic. I received a call from Nora and she called just to see if I needed anything or wanted to look into any other possible discounts. She was so wonderful to talk with! I was using a well known insurance company for my house and car when I discovered that another insurer purchased the company. In the next month my insurance premium went up. (Not cool)
While looking I was contacted my State Farm and took an estimate from Patti at the Kim Stokes agency. Patti was very professional, asking appropriate questions with perfect follow through. In the end I moved my business to their agency and the premium was about the same as I was paying. (Excellent in today’s market).
