I’m writing this review while sitting in the parking lot because I just had THE BEST customer service experience with Jazmin. Truly and honestly the best I have ever had. She was so patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out the app and getting coupons sorted out. There was a line forming behind me but she stayed calm and called for back up. She was so genuine and willing to work it all out with me. I truly appreciate the fact that she didn’t get frustrated or annoyed with me.
She is so sweet. You will have a great experience if Jazmin is around! 👏🏻👏🏻

So I been going to this pharmacy for years it's had it's ups and downs. But since they got a new pharmacist. Wow she and the staff are amazing and on point. They always greet you with a smile. Try to get you in and out in a professional and personal manner. There are times when they are super busy but they still try to take their time with every customer and ensure everything is correct and right before they leave I feel like a valued customer when I deal with them and that means a lot to me thank you for the hard work everybody

It's a busier store than their suburban counterparts. I've been going here since I moved to old Norwood. Pharmacy is super busy, but they're always friendly and calm amidst the chaos of the store.

This walgreen is the closest to me. I come here all the time. I ordered the printbook and I think the lady who did it for me was new and didn't know how to do it and gave me a regular print of my photos but thank god I saw it before leaving the store and they resolved the problem and made a book. Thanks for helping. Loved it!!

Pharmacy staff is super friendly. Every time I go in there they are happy to see me especially Jennifer the Pharmacy Manager.

The way they have labels for each aisle is commendable, very easy to find what you are looking for.
