This is a Great Target in Niles Illinois. It seems renovated. It was very easy to find everything that I needed, and the parking lot was very easy to navigate. I appreciate that they have a huge grocery store offering and the produce that I purchased was absolutely fresh and ready to eat. He was very easy to find items in the women's section as well as in the Home Goods. I also appreciate that they have a few register is ready for self-checkout. The store was very clean and organized and I give the Niles Target on Touhy Avenue five stars.

Greta Lisa in the technology section was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how kindly she treated us. It’s some of the best customer service we’ve received in a while. She sold us headphone, a controller, and insurance on top of that. Target, and this location is very lucky to have her.

Usually I like every target stores. This store was good too. Every thing as good and neat and also they were filling up some shelves. They put sign that says we are filling those shelves I like the idea✅ parking easy and free✔ restrooms are clean✅ the staff is helpful✅ they have Starbucks and pizza hut. Just in case if you need 😄

Target in Niles, IL - picked up an online order and it was a pleasant and quick experience. The person that helped to get my order was cheerful and fast. I’d go there again.

Shopping this location since 2012. Much bigger and more modern since they expanded with the larger alcohol and frozen section.
Be prepared to use the washroom as soon as you walk in on the Touhy side. There is no other restroom on the other side and it's a looooong walk back. Good store to get your steps in!
Always well stocked and clean. Lines usually move fast, even on the weekends.
Don't forget to walk along the back of the aisles, that's where they usually put the clearance items.

Very convenient. Online order and pickup is still in the works and may be clunky or efficient depending on what you order. But they are figuring out the logistics. Parking is ample and safe.

Clean store. Variety of merchandise. Nicely stacked clothes. Groceries were neatly organized. Check out was fast. Cashier was friendly. Plenty of parking.

The location of this store is great, along with the cleanliness and great customer service makes this store a great place to shop!

Target is super fun and inviting! It’s a hangout spot for me and my friends. We love to roam and buy essentials as well as new finds that we love. We always leave Target with more than we intended, in the best way!!

Target at Touhy in Nilea, IL is fabulous. Meticulously organized and spacious, clean fitting rooms amplify an elevated experience. The store consistently maintains high standards resulting in a pleasing and delightful ambiance

Target is the one place that you always go to because the customer service and satisfaction is just breath taking. I love Target! This is always my go to store and no matter what location I go to, I always have a good experience. The staff it's always helpful and nice, the prices are right and by using my app and my red card the savings pile up. I also like the convenient ways they offer to make my shopping experience better, such as drive up, order online pick up in store, or shipping. There are only 2 areas that I would like them to improve: 1. Last minute inventory updates. So many times they show something available only to be not available upon arrival. Or, they have something in a particular store but if you search online right then and there it shows unavailable. 2. The shipping speed. Sometimes it takes so long to receive items ordered online. When Amazon is able to send out things so quickly, we, customers expect big stores to be able to offer the same. Please improve in these two categories and keep customers happy. Thank you!

Most always has the items I'm looking for. Assistance always around when i needed help. Needed use of mobile cart for shopping. Unfortunately the power was gone and i was only half way through the store. A nice security guy and another Target team member found another one and transferred all my items to the new cart!! I then was able to finish my shopping. All in all a very good experience and all team members were polite and helpful!!

It was so fast and easy to do a drive up purchase ! Friendly person came and delivered what i wanted. It was so easy to order online and the app worked great!! I will definitely do this again!

Love this Target. The tablets you can use to search for where items are are really useful. The checkout staff are consistently friendly.
Another great feature we went to check for a specific bag online and the site gave us the aisle number so easy to find.
