We are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Royal Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone and the two gentlemen who provided the service were very friendly, kind, and professional. Our kitchen faucet had a slow leak, which initially seemed like a simple enough job for a do-it-yourself-er, until I got under the sink and noticed all the under-cabinet piping/drainage was fully corroded and needed to be replaced. The housing of the kitchen faucet was so corroded from 20+ years of Lemont water; I couldn’t get it off the sink. We asked them to install the replacement faucet and disposal since they were on-site. We will be using Royal for any future jobs and will be referring others to them. Thank you, Royal Plumbing!

My guys were fantastic! This was my first time using the company and had a great experience. They took the time to explain the issue and show me how they were going to fix it. The work was quick and quality. They even made suggestions for the future. I will be calling them for any future repairs.

Dan and his team did outstanding work! We had a sewer line repaired that was very challenging. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

They installed a water heater under warranty from a big box retailer . I can honestly say that this install was way better then the previous install. Bob was the technician, He was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. It even looks good too. They definitely have my business for any future use.

Recently had a hot water heater installed. The service provided by the plumber (CJ) who installed was excellent!!! He called when on way, covered carpet, cleaned up afterward and took the time to explain how to work it, where dials should be kept at, what do to in case of trouble - very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Royal Plumbing and will definitely use them again!!!! In this day and age, good customer service is hard to find. Royal Plumbing is lucky to have CJ as an employee (and his sidekick KJ).

I am very pleased with the ease of scheduling (same day), timeliness of arrival, level of service and cost for the repair. I would recommend this company to others and would hire them again myself. Thanks to initials - JR for the great service and expertise.

Royal Plumbing gives you the royal treatment! Shout out to James, Sherri, and Dan for responding after hours to address an emergency due to a failed sump pump during the recent storm. I do NOT live close to their headquarters but James was at my doorstep in less than an hour. And in less than an hour after that, he replaced my aged pump and had the water subsiding so quickly that it saved thousands of dollars of damage to our home. With a four sick children (including a sick newborn) and a sick wife, the stress was at all an time high. But thanks to Royal Plumbing and their affordable rates, I am sitting in a dry basement and have enough money to take care of the mounting medical bills. Thank you, Royal Plumbing, we will sleep well tonight. Tomorrow is a new day!

They always send the same plumber to work on problems in my apartment and he is kind courteous and more than happy to fix any plumbing problem I have. I recommend this place. They have excellent service.

Rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Extortionists! Wife kicked him out of our house. Never again. They work with sears so avoid them you will thank me! From the start receptionists were snippy and condescending. Installer shows up and tells my wife this better be a basement job. My wife was clear it was a second level condo with stairs but maybe the receptionist was too busy giving her a hard time to listen. When installer learned it wasn’t what he expected he started ranting and saying that’s gonna he $20 this is $80 that’s gonna cost you $60 all the way up to $200 when we paid sears $400 to install and haul away. He then said $60 because it’s on the second floor when mind you the unit was delivered on the second floor inches from utility room. He said he was charging to remove old unit when we already paid a haul away fee to sears. My wife then told him to get the heck out in not so nice words! Don’t do it! Don’t hire these imbeciles!

Horrible company. We had received 5 different bids to do some plumbing work. They quote us 5 times more than 4 other quotes we received. These guys wasted a ton of our time and are looking to screw by hoping they will accept their ridiculously priced bids.
