Precision Endodontics

I have had two procedures with Precision Endodontics in the last year and both experiences have been wonderful. In both cases, I was in severe pain (which happened quickly) and they were able to accommodate me and work me into their extremely busy schedules. Their goal is to make sure their patients are not in pain and they will do everything they can to make sure they take care of you as soon as they can. The staff is very professional and the facility is top notch in their field. They follow up next day after a procedure/visit to see how you are feeling. Overall, I have been very happy with the care that I have had with them. Thank you to the wonder doctors and staff at Precision Endodontics!

Precision Endodontics is truly a hidden gem. When I was told I had to have a root canal, I needed to find a facility that would take me quickly due to my schedule. Precision fit this criteria. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment to folllow up call the next day to check in, the staff and Dr. U truly take an interest in their patients as well as their comfort level. Afterall, who wants to ever get dental work done?

These days it hard to come by professionalism and full transparency and Precision checks all the boxes.

I had my first ever root canal done today at Precision Endodontics. All of the horror stories I heard about root canals couldn't have been more wrong. This patient's experience = Exceptional! Everyone there was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. All aspects of the visit and procedure was explained to me in advance AND any question I had along the way was answered. Dr. Urzua is phenomenal; his gentle manner put me at ease and he fixed me right up. His assistant, Noemi, was kind and reassuring. This place is state-of-the-art. I highly recommend Precision Endodontics.

I was in pain for 2 weeks due to a cavity filling that was too close to the pulp. I was referred to Precision Endodontics by my dentist and the same day I called, I was able to be seen as an emergency appointment thanks to Andrea! The entire staff was very sweet and compassionate! Dr. Tischke gave me my initial exam/consultation and she was very thorough. She assured me that what I was going through was common and they were able to help me. Andrea then fully explained the financial estimate to me and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. Andrea also put me at ease with her positive words and sweet personality. 2 days later, the pain was UNBEARABLE. I was on pain medication around the clock and nothing was helping anymore. I called Precision Endodontics after hours, with the intention of leaving a voicemail to see if I can be seen sooner, and to my surprise Dr. Urzua answered. He made me feel cared about and scheduled me for the following day first thing in the morning! When I arrived, the staff noticed I was nervous (as this was my first root canal) and assured me I was in good hands. From the moment I sat in the exam room, Dr Urzua walked me through everything. This procedure was PAINLESS and he was so efficient! His assistant was also very sweet as she constantly checked in with me and reminded me to take deep breaths. I left my appointment well informed and I am SO GLAD I was referred here. Thank you SO SO MUCH Dr. Urzua and team! My treatment was beyond wonderful and I couldn't be more appreciative for everything you all had done for me! I will definitely be coming back if I ever have the need in the future!

and his staff at Precision Endodontics. He and his staff were very thorough in explaining all details of my appointment.

My visit here was exceptional! From the front door to the Dr. The staff was excellent. The procedure was smooth and painless. Would definitely go back again!

My experience at Precision Endodontics was great. I'm so thankful for their professionalism and patience with me because I was extremely nervous going into the procedure. Although I think a root canal is as equally invasive as giving birth, the entire office team were very kind and understanding. Dr. Urzua was great too. His calmness and his confidence helped me to relax a little. I actually thought I'd be in bed for a few days recuperating and fighting the pain. There was little to no pain once the numbing wore off. I never want to have another procedure like this one, but if by chance I do need to, I would definitely come back. I highly recommend Precision Endodontics.

Yesterday was my first time going to this office. The people were very friendly and understanding. The doctor explained everything wrong with my tooth.

I am so thankful for the great Staff at Precision Endodontics and Dr. Urzua. I came from another provider with a very difficult case. Dr. Urzua was dedicated to saving my tooth and helping me be pain free. The staff were caring and helpful every step of the way. Dr. Urzua is very skilled at his craft and explains everything so thoroughly. I am finally awaiting the arrival of my permanent crown and couldn’t be happier! 100% recommended Precision Endodontics.

Precision Endodontics really went above and beyond all my expectations with care and skill. Much to my surprise I was able to get a next day appointment for a root canal. From the front desk to the assistant and to the doctor I was greeted with friendliness, compassion and concern. I was walked through every part of the appointment and that helped keep me calm throughout. This was definitely the easiest pain free root canal I have ever had and unfortunately I have had many. I highly recommend Dr Urzua and his staff for your dentistry needs.

Dr. Urzua was patient with me as well and made sure I was very numb and did not feel anything, they knew I was nervous and they reassured me everything would be fine
I needed a retreatment from a previous root canal and had an infection and I felt relaxed during the procedure I felt no pain!!

I was referred to Dr. Fernando R. Urzua via my dentist. This was a great experience from the time I set up my appointment until the completion of the endodontic procedure. The office staff was very nice and professional. Dr. Urzua assistance was engaging and made me feel very comfortable.

I am one that don't like going to the dentist and they made me feel at ease and I was calm during the procedure.

Dr. Urzua knew what he was doing and explained thoroughly the procedure and expectations.

I rated my experience with 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars. I recommend this office for all your Endodontics needs.

I had a root canal reinfection and was referred to Precision Endodontics by my general dentist. I was super nervous since the first root canal was not pleasant and I had a lot of sensitivity. Dr. Urzua was wonderful! He was patient and listened to me about my concerns. He provided clear communication and recommendations after the diagnosis. Procedure was painless and the team gave me detailed guidance for post-op medication and checked-in to make sure there was no pain after surgery. I've had a root canal done before and it was the most traumatizing experience. When I was told I needed another one, I am so glad I was recommended here. This changed my whole outlook on root canals. The doctor made me feel comfortable about the whole experience. I strongly recommend coming here for any of your dental needs. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist, to the assistant and finally the doctor. Thank you again! Hopefully I don't need to be back anytime soon, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands!

Great experience!
My first root canal in life and everything went so smoothly. Almost no pain at all during the whole procedure and after. Dr Oh was so gentle, calm and patient. The very next day the little "pain" was gone without any pain medicine! I would definitely recommend Precision Endodontics to everyone.

I was shocked by how easy and almost enjoyable an experience I had! The staff and Dr. Urzua are professional, warm and knowledgeable. The whole process was easier than getting a filling. It literally took 20 ish minutes and I was fine. No drama, no difficulties - I just went on with my day. They also called the next day to check in. There is no need to dread a root canal if you go to Precision Endodontics. You cannot go wrong with these folks!

Highly recommend! I was in a lot of pain and the endodontist I had previously went to couldn't get me in for a couple of days. My dentist referred me to Precision. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't familiar with them but I just wanted the pain gone as quickly as possible. Precision far exceeded my expectations. I really felt cared for every step of the way. The receptionists were both very friendly, they welcomed me with a smile and warmth and sent me away with well wishes.

Doctor Urzua was very professional and efficient. It was close to closing time when he said I'd need a root canal but he stayed a little late and was able to perform it that day which I was very appreciative of. He also noticed I had a split on the corner of my mouth so he provided me with some chap stick before he started. It was a very positive experience.

We all know that having a dental procedure causes anxiety. Well, at least for me it does! I have NEVER been more relaxed than I was at Precision Endodontics. Dr. Urzua and his staff understood my apprehension and talked with me until I was comfortable. The entire staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t hit with any surprise fees or charges that weren’t necessary. If I ever have the misfortune of needing another root canal this will be my place. One day after the procedure I am in NO pain and feel wonderful.

Also, they play REALLY good music!
