They are friendly, able to quickly get you in and I receive accurate honest information from the dentist. I have dentures and they are sometimes difficult to maintain. But they help me so much.

I had to find a new dentist after 45 years and they are wonderful

You will receive quality care and friendly service at this dental office. The lobby area is very inviting, clean and fresh looking. I always feel very welcomed here. I mostly see Dr B, and Kristen for my dental care and both provide excellent care. I'm never disappointed with my service.

I had my first visit to this dental office and was very happy. The hygienist was skilled at painlessly cleaning my teeth. The exam, cleaning, and a full set of x-rays was a very reasonable cost with their special for seniors. Much better service and price than my former dentist (Grove Dental) that insisted on multiple visits to do the same work done by Hidden Lakes in one visit.

My appointment went wonderfully!! EVERYTHING in my mouth was checked and I was given informative results! I will definately be a patient in the future!! Thanks to everyone for the professional and FRIENDLY way my appointment was handled!

Truly compassionate and kind staff across the board. They fit me into their busy schedule for an emergency exam, then clearly layed out my options and answered all of my many questions. I also appreciate the transparent cost reviews on what may or may not be covered by insurance so you know how much you could pay out of pocket before moving forward with any procedure. Hidden Lakes dental care is a wonderful office. The doctors and staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Dr. B. is amazing she takes the time to explain everything about your dental evaluation and what is the best option for moving forward. First time at Hidden Lakes and had a great experience. The facility is so clean and beautiful! The staff are super friendly! Doctor Petrilla was very pleasant and Daisy gave me the best cleaning I ever had! They were very thorough and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was having moderate to severe pain with a tooth and the staff, along with Dr. Petrilla, was able to get me in right away and to resolve the issue. The Doctor explained everything to me and the staff was great as usual.

Dr. Petrilla and her staff are excellent. They take time to explain each step of the appointment process, provide treatment options when necessary, and work to make a trip to the dentist as pleasant of a process as possible. A good friend recommended Hidden Lakes to my family and I highly recommend them to others.

Going to the dentist used to be something that I dreaded until I started coming to Hidden Lakes. I've been coming for almost 10 years now and I must say the staff, doctor, and hygienist have consistently been the same......GREAT! The office is super clean and relaxing with a good mix of humor.

I love hidden lakes Dental!! Few years ago, I called to make my first appointment with them. I let them know about my anxiety with needles because of a former Dentist I went to. Everyone there has been very supportive and knew how to calm me down and take care of me and my needs. I recommend this Dental Office !! They’re awesome ❤

It was my sons first dentist appointment and he was a bit nervous. From start to finish, EVERYONE was amazing and made him feel so comfortable. They showed him all the tools before using them and made them sound fun. They gave him special sunglasses to wear, he had SO much fun! Dr. Bachinski is the best, I would HIGHLY recommend!

Update: still going one year later this time for more in depth work. Again, everyone was so dang friendly and accommodating! Best dentist office I’ve ever been to!

Writing a new positive review because my last one was from years ago. These ladies are just un-touchable when it comes to customer service and kindness. I love coming here and I was finally able to bring my son (6) to their office now that he was ready to upgrade from his pediatrician office! They were so kind and patient with him. The doctor I always see and every hygienist I've worked with is super sweet, knowledgeable, GENTLE, & we always have a great time laughing. This is an office you can bring your family to and trust their in good hands. Also, never had an issue with their pricing. :)

Outstanding dental practice with exceptional customer care! My four year old daughter loves going to the dentist due to the entire staff going out of their way to make it an easy and fun experience every single time. They show her how to use the tools and treat her to stickers and fun balloons. She can’t wait to go back. I am also a patient and have received the same excellent service time and time again!

Dr Bachinski always listens and advise the best treatment to obtain superb results. The staff is personable and welcoming . Also the newly renovated waiting area is so warm and inviting.
