I called Dr. Sampslis's office and was extremely surprised and happy that they were able to get me in to see a Dr. Nicolozakes that same day. Long overdue for a cleaning, I began looking for a new dentist in my area. I came across this office and was warmly greeted by a very helpful and caring receptionist named Donna who helped ease some of my anxiety and set me up for an appointment. Upon entering the office for my appt, the pleasant staff experience continued as everyone I met was welcoming and sincere. I really mean that. I would recommend this dentist and will return again in the future.

Dr. Sampalis is one of the Greatest dentists in the Chicagoland area. He is very thorough, patient and very professional in his craft.
I have been going to him for almost half a century and his honesty, compassion and great knowledge of dentistry is by far the Best!
His staff is Awesome .. very compassionate, friendly and they treat his patients just like him.

Dr. Sampalis and his staff had excellent customer service and made me feel very at ease. On my very first visit, I was expecting a routine exam while discussing my options, but instead they got started right away with dental procedures for the present and vigorously working on a followup dental plan for the future. Needless to say I walked away pleased and would recommend them for anyone looking for a dental home.

Came in today to start my braces process and everyone I met there was so nice and helpful. I haven’t been to the dentist is years due to bad experiences in the past but I was put to ease the minute I walked through the door. Dr. Sampalis and staff were amazing through everything.

Not only is Dr.Sampalis an incredibly honest and kind dentist but his front desk and other staff are as well too. The women that work at this office are so knowledgeable, helpful & accommodating in every way. I hate going to the dentist and the entire staff makes it an enjoyable experience every time!

Dr.Sampalis is an extremely patient doctor, Listen’s to concerns without judgement. In the 7 years I’ve been a patient he has never tried to convince me to have work done that isn’t necessary. He’s honest and upfront about potential outcomes. He’s also very gentle and understands some of us are neurotic and terrified of the dentist😃🤣💯. His staff are the friendliest people and I always feel at home there. I highly highly recommend.

Recently I have had to research deciding on which dentist I wanted to choose because my original dentist of 9 years had to retire. I had two episodes of dentists that just didn't measure up to my expectations or that just were not available enough. After my initial experience with Dr Andrew J Sampalis, DDS., His colleagues and staff, I have nothing but positive feedback regarding my initial impression, the level of professionalism to my dental procedure that emanated quality and exactness plus the overall kindness with detail.... They did not miss a thing so perfectly orchestrated... I had no loss of time in my schedule.. and I have a super busy schedule.

I had my first visit on April 11, 2022 which 3 days prior I got my braces removed which were place on by another orthodontist who never mentioned to me my bite/jaw line was off. Something, I knew because I can see it & feel it. I have been going to this previous office for over 4 years not once did anyone think to correct my bite. Now, I have to start ALL over which I don’t mind because I want to smile which is something else that bothered me. Although, my teeth are closed & straight they don’t feel right now! My mouth feels twisted but thanks to Dr Sampalis and his staff I’ll have an excellent smile in no time. Also, I found him on GOOGLE with a 4.7 star rate. Now, just in one month he has a 5 stars. I’m in great hands. I understand why Dr Andrew Sampalis and his staff had such a high customer service rating because their service is excellent. The receptionist Sandy greeted me with open arms over the phone and as well as when I came through their doors… his assistant (who name I forgot) and hygienist Kim was very attentive which made me feel very at ease… I will be starting my new journey with my new dental family Dr Sampalis & Associates and I so glad & happy, I will get new smile soon! 🥰🥰🥰

From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable being in the office. Sandy, the receptionist, was welcoming and helpful. KIm, the dental hygienist, was incredibly patient when dealing with my x-ray challenges and and tenacious at getting the cleaning completed. I am looking forward to moving forward with dental work after such a great experience.

I’ve been going to Dr Sampalis since I was a child, now my whole family goes to him. He is a wonderful dentist and everyone in the office is great. Donna is the sweetest and the Hygienists their take their time and do a great job cleaning your teeth.

three word, Overall (great atmosphere,
patient full of compassion) Andrew Sampalis I felt he was very transparent on his procedures and very considerate about how I felt. He was easy to talk to, and explain to self very well. His assistant was very polite and courteous. And the office customer service rep was very understandable, eager to help you work out some stuff. I'm just hoping that my insurance company Cigna use Dr Andrew as a in network dentist.

Andrew Sampalis is a wonderful dentist. He makes sure you feel calm when walking in and confident when walking out. Also the people that work on the desk are very welcoming. Thank you for such an excellent experience!
