I walked in looking for a last minute Halloween outfit and the ladies there were so kind and helpful. I've always felt welcomed at this location. Will definitely go back. Thank you for making me feel comfortable!

I was embarrassed to come in, I hadn't been to a shop like this in about 20 years. The technology has changed and I was having trouble making a decision. Dominique was so kind. She made everything feel natural - not weird or uncomfortable at all. She helped me figure out the benefits and drawbacks of each of the products I was considering, and let me know which companies were the most trustworthy. Thank you, Dominique!

I was really scared to go in as a solo male. Took me 20 minutes to gain the confidence to go in and I walked was greeted by this sweet young black lady who calmed my nerves very quickly and was very very comfortable to talk with and she gave really good suggestions knew even the male toys what was popular. I settled on a "Torch Stroker" which was fairly cheap paired with some cleaner and lube. The store was empty so all the employees were really nice to talk with not weird at all. I'll be returning again for another stroker thank you to the employee who calmed me down and gave me the confidence to talk with her about what I needed!

Great experience at this location, wish I lived closer! Kelsey was great, extremely helpful and made practical recommendations without trying to upsell. Becky also went above and beyond to research a product that they no longer sell, which I appreciated.

Being it was my first time in a place like that, I was nervous, naturally. I had no idea what to expect really. But upon walking in, I was greeted by a kind employee who eventually helped me in my search. She was calm and did a wonderful job explaining how each device was different from the last. I will definitely be going back :)

Had a great experience at this Lover's Lane location. They had a wide selection of products and something to fit everyone's needs. The staff was really helpful, but not pushy. I really like this store and will be coming back!
