I love this Jewel. The staff is very friendly, the store is clean, the isles are wide enough for 2 carts passing each other. There are staff members that have disabilities which I proudly support.

Amazing grocery store, great customer service. If a checkout lane is long they immediately open up another lane. All your grocery needs always in stock. Make sure to download the Jewel App to save a lot of money and take advantage of great promotions. Brick and Mortar stores need to follow this lead. Great team members.

I absolutely just luv Jewel...they pretty much always have everything we need...and r always bringing in new surprises too..i especially luv the glowers and plants etc..section...and the jeggings and leggins at Osco....they were my only go to shopping store during covid....they r always dependable with their quality...and have also been adding lots of more wonderful fruit and vegetable choices too...I will be very sorry to probably have to see the store change...after the big merger with Kroger...as I had read that Kroger is only trying to compete in size with Amazon and Walmart...if that happens...I will have to seriously consider another game plan for my grocery shopping...but until then I will savour every fun moment I have shared with them...all the way as far back as the Grand Opening of The Jewel Osco...in Palos Heights, Illinois...where i am originaly from....my band The Circle of Love...played at their grand opening in the 60s...and me and my whole family and also friends...have always luved shopping there...thanku so very much for caring about all of us families...we luv all of u.......much luv....karen.......k

One my favorite all time stores. I would shop there all of time because of the location. It's convenient for me, however, the high prices are a detour. The fruits are awesome all of the time. Outstanding taste and Jewels always carries my products. They need to work on those prices. PLEASE!

Exceptional store! The managers and staff will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They helped me with my Jewel app because I couldn’t find an item, and they helped me claim my free items that I couldn’t find myself. The store is nice and organized and the food is fresh. CS is always helpful and profesional and help at self check out is always available . Lot of amazing deals especially in dairy and meat departments.

Everyone was very nice. I love Jewel and the way the keep everything in place.

I like the deli, they are quick and happy to wait on you, unlike some Jewel delis, where you seem to bother them

Often visited from 2018 through 2019 and found the produce fresh and the deli counter very nice. Particularly liked the assistance with self check out. Many household goods available but seemed unable to deliver unless one had a computer to order.

Always stocked and clean. Plus, they still have cashier’s. I'm against self checkout, so I'm glad this Jewels still has people to help you

I just listed another review of the Jewel at 95th and Pulaski which is closer to my home. I gave it one star, it's horrible!! I will always drive the extra mile or two to shop at this Jewel. You can really tell when a place is managed with care, and this is. It is always clean and well stocked. The hugest thing for me is checking out! Their cashiers move with a purpose, not like the previous mentioned store. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in line at the 103rd Cicero Jewel. I wish I could give it extra stars!!!

Easy to find items. They have some good sales.

This is MY JEWEL-OSCO!! They have everything I need (I'm picky, cost conscious but love certain organic and specialty import ingredients). The floral dept is great. I can definitely tell there is new mgmt...over the last few months, this store has gotten even better! Good job.
