The most compassionate and empathetic elpeople that work there. Losing our daughter was devasting to say the least, for the first six months my family took care of all the details. In June I was finally able to bring myself to call and answer some important questions I had and to see if I could recover some of her proprty. I really didn't even think it was possible since it had been six months. As soon as I told them my name and daughters name they gave me their sympathy's and did remember her. Remembering her was so amazing to hear, it meant they cared and wasn't just some number.
They immediately answered all my questions and within 24 hours found the items I was looking for and offered to have a officer bring them to my home. I can't believe they cared enough to save her stuff which could of easily been disguarded. I can't imagine this job as being emotionally easy for all of them especially the young age of my daughter and how she was killed.
My family has the upmost gratitude for everyone who took care of our precious daughter.
We thank you with all our hearts and souls.

Horrible, disturbing employees, that can't hold a "story", they do not call back after wasting your own time, and breath having to repeat the same thing each time to the same 2 woman that answer when you call, for an entire week and a half, and nobody knows anything going on with my brother's ashes that were promised well before the Service this weekend, it's extra stress and emotional pain i can't personally take. They just don't care, so sad how they treat family members, and ruin a scheduled Memorial Service for my beloved brother who passed.
