We love going to Russell's Bike Shop! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and are very knowledgeable about bike maintenance and repair. They also have a great assortment of new and used bikes.

I bought a cheap little bike online for my granddaughter's birthday started to put it together and a part was missing so I took the bike box and all to Russell's bike shop to see if they had a part for it, sure enough they did when I was walking out the door the owner insisted he carry the box out to my car and even opened my driver's door for me to get in I have never had customer service like this anywhere and it made me feel appreciated so I will always recomend Russell's bike shop!!
