I order a SG Triple Icon bat. Fedex driver delivered to a wrong location. I got in touch with Asfand and he filed a claim very quickly. Unfortunately, Fedex declined the claim. It was Fedex mistake even though Asfand work quickly on sending another bat at his expense. I received by bat on time. Excellent quality and value for the money. Recently I purchased a SS TON Reserve Edition from Best cricket, Chicago.
Initially I was not sure how an online purchase of a cricket bat was going to go but after speaking with Asfand went ahead and placed the order.
Asfand did a FaceTime and showed me the Reserve Edition and Gladiators he had, he explained me what the difference between the two models and I chose the Reserve edition.
Asfand was kind enough to have it machine knocked, manually round the edges, applied a Scuff sheet, toe guard and send it to Farmington, Michigan as quickly as possible.
Not to forget I also received a complimentary hand grip.
Really happy with the service and the Bat.
