We have had all of our personal and business insurance policies with Summer and Associates for years. Insurance is something that is 100% necessary but not often black and white. It is hard to know exactly what you need. Mark and Deb are AMAZING! I did not feel like they were trying to make a sale. Director of First Impressions cant seem to write a proper quote for a home policy. 3-4 weeks now I have been trying to get a quote, meanwhile my property has gone uninsured. I have now done all the leg work/ research on the property to write it with the right information. all freely accessible information to the public. and still cant seem to get anything done here. not a good first impression, and definitely not a good impression on a 20yr customer.
