Chase Bank

I am coming from another bank that has horrible customer service. Chase is the first bank I walked into and everyone was very welcoming and helpful as soon as walk into the door. There was a 10 minute wait not bad at all. Silvana Wallen Is a very sweet and patient individual. She answered all of my questions perfectly and got me all set up without any issues. Highly recommend this bank to anyone and specifically Silvana Wallen to help you.

Chase should recognize Beatriz!! She's kind, patient, and professional. Not only did she help with my product needs- but she also helped answer additional questions. She stands out as an exemplary Banker. Management should take notice of this talent!

Super friendly and helpful. Heather on Route 59 is the best . She is just wonderful. She treats customers like they're family. ONE PROBLEM...ATM machines are a problem (not working properly) quite often.

I have been banking with Chase for over 20 years. I also bank we with a few other financial institutions. Chase is the only one that asks for identification when making deposits. I can understand requiring identification for withdrawal but it is really inconvenient that I can not send my son to make a deposit for me. I hate this policy of requiring identification for deposits. I don't care who puts money in my account just don't let them take it out. Chase is the only one that does this and they should reconsider this policy.

It's a nice location but they should have at least 1 restroom available to the public... occasionally there is a need for its use ..1 unisex restroom isn't too much to ask for. I will say the employees there are ver friendly and helpful.

The ATM MACHINE SHOULD HAVE TWO OF THEM .THERES Plenty of room after hours banking.
