OSF Medical Group - Pediatrics

Just want to edit my old review to a much more positive one. My prior visit where I was unhappy has resulted in that issue being totally resolved. It was so nice being greeted kindly and having a nurse and doctor go well out of their way to make my experience turn around into a good one. Dr Wakid is amazing and Nurse Amy is definitely the other main reason i ended up choosing to stay with this pediatric group. Thank you all for giving me a sigh of relief that was very much needed!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. They are all kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I moved and won't switch my kids from Dr. Ho because we love him enough to drive 45 minutes to see him. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Molly Lundy has been with my children for 5 years. She is incredible. She has never made us feel rushed or like we were unheared. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I would like to take a minute and write a review on how well Dr Molly Lundy was with my daughter today.Dr Lundy was very helpful with my daughter who had been to two other drs this week for fever and sore throat and it turned into pink eye also.The two other drs just told me it was viral and nothing they could do but when we got into see dr Lundy she took the time to hug my daughter when she first came in because she knew she was upset and she found that my daughter also had a double ear infection on top of everything else.She took very good care of my daughter and prescribed her amoxicillin and eye drops.I would just like to recognize dr Lundy to anyone looking for a family Dr she will take care of your family.

Dr. Wakid is amazing with my son. I feel heard and understood with my concerns!

Ive been taking my daughters here for 6 years. I make the drive from out of town just to come to this location. Really like the caring physicians and medical staff.

Love love love Dr. Lundy. She is obviously a mother because she treats my son so well. We have been going to her for over 5 years and I dont want to go to anyone else! One of the receptionists can be pretty snotty. But other than that amazing clean place.

Very quick clean and caring they actually care about your needs

Dr. Lundy is a wonderful caring person. Great with my 2 little ones. I gave this place 3 stars due to one receptionist and her poor attitude. It is very clear she is not a people person and does not enjoy her job nor take pride in her job. I understand everyone has bad days but It has been this way nearly every time for the 2 years I've been going here...very unprofessional. If it wasn't for Dr Lundy I would be finding a different place to take my babies. Still considering going elsewhere just bc the receptionist is so unpleasant to deal with.

My experience with Dr Sierra has been horrific she insists on risperdol first for any behavior problems ignores parents concerns and side effects as well as any abnormalities and works for dcfs she had failed my children in more ways than I can care to count and continues to want to dope children up with behavior problems before trying anything natural. She's horrible do not see her if you care about your kids
