Gary and Pam are the best landlords I've ever had. Anytime I need anything, they're always going above and beyond. I've had some horrible landlords in the past. Let's just say, I've been with them since Feb. 2017 and I will be with them until I buy my 1st home.

I have rented many properties from Town and Country and was always happy with my rentals! Gary and his team were always great to work with and I never had an issues!!! Would highly suggest them for any rental property needs!!!

Horrible is an understatement as property management company. Had to last minute rent another home because this company didn’t properly get my unit move-in ready/safe as agreed for my family. Holes in walls, dead ants everywhere after bug sprayed property, left dead ants and didn’t clean the surfaces. Closets doors not re-hung, staples/nails in window sills. Then after I had to rush to find another safe, sanitary rental, they won’t give me my deposit back! Guaranteed didn’t tell the home owner that lives out of state, the truth of how I couldn’t safely move my family into a rental home that isn’t ready yesterday/today, due to this poor property management company. Making it look like I’m backed out of lease for no reason. Fact of the situation is it was not even possible due to safety and sanitation reasons for me to move in. Horrible low class crooks won’t give my deposit back, when they screwed me on this lease/rental home. Protect yourself. Do not do property management/rental business with anyone that is affiliated with Town and Country Appraisal in Washington, IL
