I am in my upper 50's. Never in my life have I felt so badly about the way I was treated by her staff. I was hungup on the day prior during the routine reminder call. Then mocked at when I simply asked how long I would wait. I had to pick up my son whom had to get home and relieve his babysitter who haf to get to her second job. I was snapped at saying we told you this yesterday you wouldn't be out at 1:45. I said no you didn't. I then sat doen looked up to see this girl with the charts and a nlond ehispering and laughing shaking their head. Then ehen it was ny turn the sane girl who hung up on ne laughed at ne dnatchef nt chart so hart It could have broke the chart holder. She abrubtly too my height shoving the scale around in anger. Then ee go in the room. I thought, ill try to smooth it out and go forward. I told this girl I didn't lije her hanging up on ne and laughing about my concern of beinh out on time. She slammed her chart down and said your not gonna acuse me of anything. You don't understand were busy here. I said that's no reason to hang up on a new patiend and laugh at them for askinhg hoew ling. She got up and said I refuse to do your intake. Got up and slammed the door behind her. I did tell her after she told me I was acusing her that I've seen where the hired help can hurts e hat would be a good experience with a great doctor. After she got up and slammed the door Doctor Snebold waljs in with a disturbed look on her face. She informed me that her office did not laugh at me and since I called them hired help she would not see me. I felt since she was not there to see it she could look at tape naybe or ask the other girl with long hair whom seemed professional there. No she didn't do anyof that. Dr snebold should have addressed it and we could have started over on a kinder foot. I was willing to address it and forget about it. Dr chose to toss a new patient aside. Instead. I wwhat Dr doesn't know was my ins was on the o hone listening to it and thvery unprofessional. Atleast for ne they were ey were in shock. They are filing a formal complant and said they are taking this serioysly. What a nightmare. I still stand by ny comment. It might not have been the Doctor who was bad but her hired help sure hurt her in this case. I intend to post this review everywhere possible and file complants where I can wuth cebtegra and eksewhere alibg with what ny ins plans ti do. No obe should be made to feel unwanted and ir a pain just beibg there. I thought the Dr should have listened to this but she chose not to. Her staff are bullies who are young and to her secind jon.
