My introduction to lobster rolls! As a southern girl, this was definitely on my bucket list and several coworkers sent me here for the best. I'm currently obsessed and have no clue how I'll get my lobstah fix once I go back to Georgia!

The lobster rolls here were some of the best I ever tasted. What a nice, clean simple restaurant. We ate in and enjoyed every minute of it.

As advertised, this is THE BEST lobster roll! We went to multiple restaurants while we were in Maine. We drove two hours just to go back and have lunch here one more time. It was the first lobster roll we had while in Maine and the last! My daughter had the cold lobster roll, and I had the hot. When we went back the last time, we also had the halibut nuggets. Everything was freshly made, hot and outstanding! It was also the most generous portions we found anywhere. It will definitely be our first stop when we go back!

Had some of the best food here! We tried the Lobster roll, haddock and shrimp basket. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. Must try spot!

We love coming here for lunch! The fries are so delicious and we have recently discovered the chicken bomb and the steak bomb sandwiches. Everything we have tried has been delicious and an easy place to pull off of the 1A for a relaxing outdoor lunch.

Billed as the best lobster roll in town. For all I know, they're the only lobster roll in town, but regardless, Jones Lobster Company didn't disappoint. As for appearance, the exterior is really cute, the inside pretty utilitarian. But we're here for the food, right?The lobster roll was served in a red plastic basket with sea salt fries. The roll itself was a regular top-split hot dog bun buttered and toasted to perfection. It contained large chucks of lobster meat, and lots of it, held together with just a touch of mayo. Although there's not much ambience inside - you eat at plastic picnic tables, the food was excellent. The fries were piping hot and crispy and the cracked pepper and sea salt a nice touch. There's also local ice cream, a wide variety of other seafood choices on the menu, and a whole section for take out of lobster and local fish. Counter service was fast and friendly. I would go back. Last week of August, the lobster roll plate was $19.95.

Since adding the tavern, and more available hours, I'll be sad if I ever leave Holden. A good pit stop for any traveler or anybody looking for a fantastic lunch. Haddock nuggets are absolutely amazing. The tavern side has great drink options and the fish market is nice. Great ladies working the counters as well!

Simply amazing, best lobster roll by a long shot! Staff is super friendly as well. Also picked up some yummy halibut from the seafood market and it was mouth watering. Can’t wait to revisit this place next time in ME!

Jones Lobster is one of the best restaurants in the Bangor area. The seafood is fresh, perfectly fried, and delicious. The people are super friendly and happy to help you. We count ourselves lucky to have Jones so close by, and we look forward to eating lobster rolls here for years to come!

Our first trip to Maine. We stayed at the KOA just up from the resturant.

The food from the grill was excellent.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We dealt with Kimi, Tessa, and JJ. For most of our time there.

Ah yes! We got soft shelled lobsters here and were great! Call for market price. Nice clean, locally owned store and you can also order meals too. Right off of 1A...so get your lobster here just before you get on 195!

No frill location but has the most freshest and delicious lobster roll.

Added bonus, the next door, which walks through, sells ice cream.

An amazing little hole in the wall, they offer seafood and drinks and more. Very clean and quiet atmosphere the chicken tenders always hit the spot and the drinks are amazing, the bar manager Taylor is always so lovely and polite go get your fill today!

OMGOSH! Just my opinion, they need to change the sign out front from “Best Lobster rolls around” to “BEST LOBSTER ROLLS IN NEW ENGLAND!” Just exactly what a lobster roll should be….a split top toasted & buttered hot dog roll, crispy and loaded with sweet claw,tail, knuckle meat, with just a touch of mayo! My oh my it was soooo good! Husband said the haddock bites were just as impressive. We will be back and we are sending friends!

Had fried haddock and grilled halibut. Fresh, tasty and large portions. Great value. Excellent service.
